I don't know if it did. That's one of the reasons why the investigation is required. We know the hacks were attempted by a foreign govt., we need to do research to see what successes and failures occurred. Perhaps the election was swayed, perhaps not, but a full understanding can make our election systems more secure in the future. Any collusion is an important but different issue. This is about protecting our elections and the sanctity of our votes. Your vote and mine.

in this technological age, it would be incredibly easy to have everyone vote on their phone. would be easy to check your vote after the fact to prevent fraud, and be completely transparent. The CIA could easily fake anything. LIKE THE MOON LANDING!?
