Re: Durant tells teammates he's coming back http://realgm.com/src_wiretap_archives/450...s_hell_be_back/Don't know how true it is... but still... holy sh*t. I'm happy... as long as Philly doesn't end up with the second pick and get screwed over by this!
Re: Durant tells teammates he's coming back <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Augustin also said that star freshman Kevin Durant has told his teammates that he's coming back.</div>Ok..Yeah...not enough information. Its from DMN, pretty good paper, but if it was that true, ESPN would be running all over that. We would have already heard about it
Re: Durant tells teammates he's coming back No, sorry, if he doesn't go into the draft, he is an idiot.
Re: Durant tells teammates he's coming back Ethier way im happy for what ever he decides to do, go durant!
Re: Durant tells teammates he's coming back I think it will depend on what happens in the NCAA tourney, if Texas gets bounced in the first round I think Durant will want to come back for some redemption. Also maybe if he doesn't play well. I think if Texas plays well and Durant does great in the tourney he will go to the draft. I agree though Amare, either way, go durant. I don't think staying another year will hurt his draft status one bit, this kid can do it all on a nightly basis. Only thing that could set him back would be an injury.
Re: Durant tells teammates he's coming back How would he be stupid to come back? He has tons of critics saying he will get knocked around in the NBA because he's so skinny. I think hes making the right choice for staying. He can develop into an even better player than he is and bulk up so he can continue his greatness into the NBA expeditiously. No one said he has to go to the pro.
Re: Durant tells teammates he's coming back LMAOIt's just a rumor, the only person that has even been talking about this is D.J. AugustinDurant is a 50/50He said he would meet with his coaches and family at the end of the season and decide

The pros of going into, well, the pros, outweigh the cons. Easily. He can stay in school... but why? You haven't shown me a clear reason why staying in school is better. Oh, and he is NBA ready, so that is another good reason to move on.
