    I wish. But now it is even less likely to happen. If HOU builds a "super team" then the NBA is going to want to see a GSW/HOU WCFs.

    In fact, barring injuries, I'll call it right now - that's how predictable the NBA is.

    WCF = GSW/HOU
    ECF = CLE/BOS

    This is where you derail yourself. Trying to speak for others. I would never like him on this team. He is a bitch. I dont care if he makes the team better. He is a douche of douches.
    Id rather have Harden And CP3...when they are 85 years old and unable to produce....

    In theory, perhaps, but in reality neither Harden nor Paul have had much success in the playoffs where the refs are less likely to reward their "selling the contact".

    A bold prediction at this juncture. I want to at least wait two more days, until July 1, when next yea'rs superteams have been officially assembled to declare who next June's four finalists will be.

    Will Melo go to HOU? Will PG13 and/or Gordon Hayward go to BOS. Next year's finals are yet to be set in stone. We need to wait at least two more days.

    I was watching game 3 with my boy and we both CLEARLY heard Shrek's Donkey say:

    "THAT'S A BULLSHIT ASS CALL!!!"

    No T. At any level of play that should be a Tech.

    The flopping policy is a joke. They're penalizing the wrong people.

    If your child whines, do you give them what they want? Do you reward the whine?

    He is the only player I have ever seen assault a ref and receive no punishment.

    No T.

    Not even a warning.

    Completely ridiculous.

    And it's not like one of those extenuating circumstances where a player collides with a ref while they're going for a loose ball or something like that..... he was in the middle of a tantrum complaining about a call. So even if he didn't intentionally hit the ref (which I personally think it WAS intentional), he should have been given a technical for throwing the tantrum. Hitting the ref should have been an ejection.

    And that was in game 2, which I think we could have won. Green played a huge part in getting them that win. If he had been tossed, we might have won that game.

    Excessive complaining was deemed unsportsmanlike at least 6 years ago I believe. They've gotten away from giving techs for it. Green, Doc, Paul excessively complain ALL the time...

    Houston will be the floppiest team ever, and I don't mean drawing fouls.

    I'm predicting Houston will fail with CP3 and Beard fighting too much about who is the man and who gets the ball. First round and out, hopefully by the Blazers who will have home court.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
    As things stand today, I still think the Spurs will be the clear #2 in the West.

    If Houston gets Paul George, that changes, but I see no realistic way for them to get him despite being "interested."

    Carmelo Anthony would not change the power dynamic at all, IMO.

    It's also not unthinkable that Spurs get good free agents themselves. Rumors about being interested ij Lowry (unlikely), George Hill (he could come back) and Rose (Pop would probably rejuvenate him).

    I could see Atlanta picking up Lamarcus if Millsap leaves.
