I was following this game on game cast. Did not understand the last play of the game. Stated that Gardner singled, then Garner out at First. WTF. This teams bull pen is shit and unless they fix it this team will end up below .500. The greatest Yankee Teams ever could not score enough to correct the fuck ups made by this pen. Tonights Major Fuck Ups were Betances & Chapman followed by Carter with his late inning error. Kudos to Jmo, Green, Gregorius and Frazier, but your aforementioned team mates thought so little of your efforts they shit all over your game.

Gardner rounded too far after the single forgetting that Houston's outfield has cannons for arms. They weren't even in a rush with the throw and ended up getting Gardner by plenty as he was getting back to first.

Damn, just another example or to & fro on this team, grand salmi one night then pull that another. But if Betances & Chapman had not have found every way they possibly could to scramble the teams eggs we'd not have been worried. I don't know what the Yankees could get back for Betances given his fuck up at every opportunity appearances but they certainly need to trade him for a 1st Baseman.

Chapman isn't right health wise. Wasn't before the injury and doesn't seem like it after. Betances on the other hand has imploded and if he doesn't get a 1.2.3 inning completely falls apart. Runners now realize they can take bases at will so any walk or hit has a good chance of turning into a triple. I so wish they pulled the trigger on him when they could've loaded up on even more prospects. The Nationals would've taken him.

They completely screwed up bringing Chapman back on that ridiculous contract and being that they know Betances wasn't going to be the closer there was zero point in hanging onto him at last year's deadline. What you hope with Chapman is that this is all the effects of his use last year in the playoffs. As for Betances there's no fixing what you see from him. His walk rate is absurd and everyone is now running on him.

Betances and Chapman are not earning their salaries. Last night on national TV Betances
exhibited why he is a flawed pitcher who does not know how to hold runners to a base. And
Chapman looks to be on the downside of his career. Will Trashcanman ever learn?

When it comes to pitching in the Cashman era, there is very little to hold your head high!
You should be walking around hanging your head in shame.

exactly what I meant earlier in the year: Rookie's need Veteran Pitcher's or at least SP's and RP's who can pitch well enough of a game, to give those youngsters some faith in their own play; and/or contributions for a positive out come of a game. Monty did as much for a rookie who threw like he belongs in the majors.

The Yanx need a SP/RP staff; who can do well enough to minimize opportunities for hits/errors, miscues, and give rookies confidence in their own game. Of course players like Judge have enough faith in his own abilities, he doesn't much require anyone to bail him out; tho' one man doth not win a game, unless he hits 3-4 HR's per game. When a team puts up a lead like a 6-3 game, only to lose it due to inept errors, baserunning, and horrid pitching by Betances and Chapman..........TRADE.....??? I fkng hope so, Betances is beginning to look like Ed Whitson....
