    Of course Trump's business are going to continue doing what they do while he's president.

    That's not emoluments. Even if they raise prices.

    What would be emoluments is if some unusual activity goes on to hide some sort of bribe; a bribe to effect some sort of favorable policy. Or if he profited off sales from the white house gift shop.
