Maybe, but the players barely know the plays. So, I think we're seeing who's good at Rat Ball more than who's a good NBA player. Nevertheless, I'm optimistic.
I think you can still get an idea of who's going to do well if you actually watch the games. Bayless won MVP, but if you watched the games, all he did was run into traffic and then hit his free-throws. You never thought "wow!" Same with Tyreke Evans. But on the other hand, I saw Steph Curry in his rookie year and you could tell immediately that he was special. So, in that spirit, I am not that impressed with Bam. He's big and he's relentless, but he's clumsy and he's doing things he'd never get away with in the league.
That is before Stotts got a hold of him. 14/11/3 and not one shot outside of 5'. How times have changed....
Can't blame Stotts for Meyers. Meyers was always just a big athletic kid who didn't really have basketball instincts.
Well, you're more sophisticated than some who will only look at a boxscore. BTW, you WILL see those things!
Tatum looked good. Fultz just hit a three but I'm not impressed. Looks like he is either lost or not putting in the effort.
