Nobody game plans Anderson either. The plan for all 3-point shooters is the same: don't leave your man. That's not a game plan, that's just basic defense.

Which is why I'd MUCH rather see Crabbe go out in this rumored trade than Mo. Crabbe and Anderson are basically redundant, in both skill set and contract. No need for both, In fact, the two of them on the court at the same time made me shudder. Neither are good at creating for themselves, or others and both suck at defense. Yuck!

Fun Fact: Last year Anderson was $89 in ESPN's #NBARANK

I'll stick with Crabbe - he at least plays a position that not many other players on the roster can play. We're good at the PF...don't need to add another one there.

I'm not convinced either of the second two teams are going to be as legit as they look on paper. I'd put my money on OKC being the better of the two, but that's a high usage between 2 players, something we hopefully cut down this year by integrating Nurk into the offense more. Houston on the other hand - Harden is much much better playing on ball than off ball, and CP3 is a true PG, so I'm not convinced that is a match made in paradise.

He's 32 and has fallen off. He only won one ring and it was in 2009.

Still, I'd take him and his expiring contract over either Turner or Crabbe.

If you're traded, you must have value ...people don't trade for players without value unless they waive them usually...Anderson is a Brent Barry , Kyle Korver, Mike Miller sort of vet....hell he might even help Chief get some better shooting form...CJ coached him a bit last season ...Anderson is a scorer...not a needle mover but a good piece on the bench...Mo doesn't like being on the bench, he'll start in New York

Crabbe is healthier than An_erson and he doesn't get completely annihilated on defense like him too.

I refuse to sit here and listen while BNM is ruining the reputation of our 4th best placeholder.

Didn't need to. My statement alone says Harkless is better, has more upside, and shouldn't be moved in a deal involving Anderson.

These takes are on fire in here. I really like what Mo brings to our team, but there's a reason the warriors don't roll out Mo Harkless clones out on the wing. More three point shooting is the name of the game. If he can reliably get teams to respect his shot and drag people out beyond the three point line he'd make the offense that much better. Ryan Anderson, despite his poor defense, demands that respect from the teams he plays against.

.... and win Neil Exec of the Year in the process. I'd love it to happen, but don't see it.

Yeah, if any game planning is being done on Anderson's account, then it's a game plan to exploit his crappy defense and give the ball to whoever he's "guarding".

lol true. But it'd be so nice. It would also allow us to trade Aminu (or Harkless) and his sexy contract for value.
