But going to the NBA, I don't see him doing anything really. Rebounding will be so much tougher, blocking shots won't be easy, he can't create, he can't spot shoot, he can't do a bunch of stuff that he is going to need to make up for a lack of ability (once he gets to the NBA, everything he is so good at in college he won't be as good at while playing the best of the best). The only thing he will really have that the NBA can't take away is his ugly face and his willingness to lay it out on the floor.

He's a good defender, and is still an athletic big guy with a huge wingspan. If a guy like Ronaldo Balkman can play in the NBA, so can Noah. Balkman is like a poorman's Noah...Block shots, great defender, runs the break, can't shoot, can't dribble.Like I said, I think Horford is the better player, and will be the better pro.

Joakim Noah was a big dissapointment this season for me. He really showed little improvement, didn't have great tournament.

I like Horford's game a lot more than Noah'safter last night's game, I imagine a lot of scouts do too.Noah reminds me of Jerome JYD Williams.Running all over the court on defence trying to make things happen, but 9 times outta ten he's just out of posistion.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (BrewCityBuck @ Mar 11 2007, 04:40 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>When I was watching the Bucks/Cavaliers last night....The comparison hit me, Anderson Varejao. Both 6'11, both quick/athletic, both don't have an offensive game....he just looked like Joakim Noah out there.</div>Noah will probably be better offensively. Noah has some form of a post game, whereas Andy just relies on offensive rebounds, and catch and lay up situations. I know Noah's post game isn't great, but he does have one that he can work on. I just think he'll be a more regined offensive player than Anderson. As for the comparison, I'm taking Al Horford. They are both very good defensively, but Horford definately has more of an NBA offensive game. He is alot stronger than Noah, whereas Noah is kind of skinny, and he could get banged around in the post. Al has a much better post game than Noah, and he also has an 11-12 foot jump shot. I don't think he'll be that great offensively either, but he's a better prospect than Noah.Another bonus about these two guys is that they are both great team players. They won't complain about touches or anything like that, they're just going to go out there, play hard, and do whatever it takes to win. The NBA needs more guys like Noah and Horford.

We know Noah will be able to play in the NBA, the question is whether he can live up to beuing a top 6-7 pick in THIS YEAR'S draft.

I would go with Horford. He is just as good of a rebounder, and he is a much better offensive player. Noah didnt do much to improve this year at all, and he cant shoo the damn basketball at all. I still think he will be a decent NBA player because he is a good defender, he tries very hard, and he is pretty athletic, but I would take Horford.

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (drake24)</div><div class='quotemain'>Noah is a faggot who has the ugliest shot and dribbling ability known to man. No one is going to want this guy's face on a trading card, nobody is going to pay to see his uglyself, who want's him really?Noah looks good because he plays hard and he has Horford. Horford has the real talent and because of him and the ability of Brewer and the three point shooters, Noah looks ten times better than he really is. He won't make it in the NBA as a starter, at all.If you think it is hard to look at him, try watching him shoot a free throw, that is just as ugly. What kind of shooting form is that?</div>:lmao-1:Personally, I think Brewer is the better prospect out of this year's Florida starting line-up. Regarding Horford and Noah though, Big Al is definitely the better man, improving on his blocking and rebounding as well as his shooting (the guy's made some pretty nice 15-20 foot jumpers). If I had to describe Noah's gameplay in a single word, I'd go with ugly. He makes ugly passes, ugly rebounds (and this last one is no joke), ugly shots, ugly turnovers (trust me, there is such thing as turning the ball over gracefully), even his sportsmanship is nothing short of ugly. Hell ugly pretty much describes him. It's possible for Noah to pull a Jason Terry (who had a horrible set of seasons with the Hawks), but I doubt it, even in this case, Terry's all-around game wasn't anywhere near as bad. Noah needs some major polishing if he wants to survive the NBA, if I were him, I'd start with my form (he needs better follow-through in his shot-making) and my passing. I'd also work on my ball-handling.

Why are we even having this argument...I'd take Horford over Noah But I'd take Brewer over both
