    Even the crazy shit like at Evergreen is actually good. Sure, they are acting like dumbasses but there still needs to be a few places in this country where people push the limits at the edges. Oral Roberts or Brigham Young, Evergreen or Berkley, they push us to examine ourselves and how we interact with the world. These are needed, sometimes right, sometimes wrong, but actually an overall positive.. I don't think it would be good for all colleges and universities to be such boundary pushers but we are a large country that can certainly deal with a few rogue institutions.

    school is a ship at sea....you can go somewhere or sail around in circles ......choices....my education has been quite an interesting journey...maybe you've stayed out of school too long

    you study art or you create art...choices..if you're lucky and have the time, you can do both..neither is required though
