Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA I'm loving NCAA basketball so much more than the NBA.. The emotion, fans, poise, everything is just so much better than the NBA.. These guys are putting everything they have on the floor every game because they know it 'could' be their last or just for the love of the game.. NBA is just boring to me, I'd rather watch a collegiate basketball game anyday of the week. Hell, I even got excited watching Albany and Vermont..Is anyone else feeling the same way!??
Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA I 100% agree with you, college ball is so much better to watch the NBA these days. Don't get me wrong, I love watching both, but College is just a little better. The emotion, the team work, the energy that is felt at every game is unbelievable. It is more about the team concept, which is what basketball is about, rather than the star concept the NBA is about. I love watching team ball over superstar ball any day of the week.
Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA Yep..over the years I've started to feel the same waythe NBA is becoming soft and destroying itself
Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA I've been feeling this way since I started to like basketball a lot a few years ago. Always loved college basketball, I just appreciate it so much more now that I'm a big basketball fan. What's interesting for me is do I watch the Celtics play the Bulls tonight at 6 or do I watch the selection show at 6. Hmmmm...
Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA If I was you Yankshater, I would watch the Celtics play because your really not going to miss much if you miss the selection show. Those announcers tend to pick the wrong people alot of the time, and really the only thing I like to want to see is who is in what bracket. You can see that afterwards, and then you will wonder what the Celtics game was like.
Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA I don't wanna watch it..it's just a really long time and I'd rather watch basketball games
Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA I've felt this way ever since I started following college ball closely last season. I love everything about college basketball. I mean March Madness is one of the best parts of the year.
Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA I think anyone who knows college basketball can say this, I bet even the NBA players says this, everyone knows about itMarch Madness is the best event for sports
Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA I don't know. There are things that I love about the NCAA, but other things that I like about the NBA.I love the fans and the excitement of the NCAA. There's so much more to watch as far as teams and players go, which can be an upside as well as a downside if you don't know them. The rules and refs are far better than in the NBA.However, I do like that the NBA plays crisp basketball most of the time. If there's anything that annoys me, it's bad strategy, bad plays, players not thinking straight. Just as an example, the A&M @ texas game should not have gone as long as it did. It was just poor, poor coaching and play. It adds to excitement, but at the same time it makes me slap my head. I also hate the 35 second shot clock. It doesn't take 35 seconds to get a decent shot off.
Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA yeah Durant said if he could change one rule it would be changing the 35-second shot clock to a NBA-regulation 24-second clock

Sheesh. Some may disagree, but I think NCAA announcers are complete retards. It's pretty unbelieveable, but I actually think NBA announcers are better (hint: they aren't good, though).
Re: NCAA Basketball > NBA I like college ball way more then the NBA too. It much more exciting, and they seem like there always close,

I think part of it is that there's a different set of announcers for each game, so they think they're revealing a vision from god everytime they announce a game."OMG ACIE LAW IS GOOD IN THE LAST FIVE MINUTES""OMG KEVIN DURANT WILL PLAY IN THE NBA"
