OJ Simpson is having his parole hearing today. Do you think he should be paroled? He won't even take responsibilty for his actions in this case. I know the parole board cant consider his wifes murder, but OJ has a history of beating her, killed her, assualted the guy in this case. He is not remorseful. I hope he stays in prison for the rest of his life.
I thought they caught him polishing his "Little Heisman" and that was going to cost him his shot at freedom?
I wonder though, can they consider the wrongful death lawsuit that he lost? I know it's civil rather than criminal, but it is public record.
The sentence for the Nevada conviction was harsh and undoubtedly the murder of Nicole was a factor in the sentence. No problem with him being paroled. However, he should still be in prison for double murder, but them's the breaks.
Did you watch the story about Robert Kardashian on Netflix? He was good friends with OJ. There is strong evidence he destroyed a garment bag with possibly valuable evidence inside that saved OJ. Also says strong rumor Khloe Kardashian is OJ's daughter.
Let's pretend that in 1994 he admitted to the murders, claimed he was blinded by passion and jealousy, and pled down to 2nd degree or aggravated murder. What do you think are the chances that he is already out on parole prior to today?
That's hard to say. I don't even think Marcia Clark would have offered him that. Possibly? It was 2 murders, and Nicole was almost decapitated. My guess is he would still be in prison.
Now he'll have the time he needs to track down the real killer. Joke from 1995 now relevant again in 2017. (Still not funny)
Why will prison be an easy adjustment for OJ? He's used to big guys opening up holes for him! Joke from 1995 now relevant again in 2008.
