Yes, the New York Knicks are in the playoffs as of right now. They seemed to really get their act together after Jamal Crawford went down with his injury, they have been playing solid basketball since the all-star break.I don't expect them to make any noise in the playoffs, but they're on the right track.
They have a decent schedual coming up, they play the Raptors 3 times, Nets, Cavs, Hornets and Mavs two times each. Those games will be the most crucial as they have to sweep some of those games or split them because the Nets are creaping up. My prediction is that the Knicks will clinch the 8th and final spot.
I'm rooting for the Knicks to get in. I love their young players and I think Isaiah is doing a great job as head coach. Like Balla said they probably won't make any noise but it would be nice to see the loyal Knicks fans have their team get in the playoffs. Through the past year of pathetic seasons I have to give the Knicks fans their do. They continiously have great crowds at home games, even though it's the 8th spot, they deserve it.
During the off season I predicted the Knicks would make the playoffs this year and everyone went crazy calling me an idiot.WELL GUESS WHAT, LOOKS LIKE BCB COULD BE RIGHT AGAIN!!!

You also predicted them to be a 6th seed in the playoffs....We have alot of basktetball left to play anyways....
New Jersey is a playoff team. We will battle them for the 7 seed because Indiana and Orlando are fading awfully quick.

Ugghh with the way we gave up a 10 point lead and lose to the Raptors by double digits. that jsut sucks. We have to do come on the rise and start a streak with Orlando and Indiana struggling. Marbury and Franchise has to step up. Channing Frye must too. With David Lee out Malik Rose is the only consistant player that can dominate the boards.
This team has lost all chance when Isiah got his extension. This franchise is doomed for many years to come and needs a signifigant make over. Curry, Crawford, Nate, Francis all have to go. They all play sh*t defense and 3 of them are also sh*t teamates. I would like to see this team re-build again but I know that will never happen. It's like the Knicks were playing for Zeke, not for the playoffs. Ever since the extension they have not shown any heart, or desire to win.Zeke Sucks :ranting:
