Unlike the Yankees our friends the Kansas City Royals rallied with the bases juiced and now lead the Bostons 5-3.
Yankees top 6 1/19, Judge BA since ASB now .161 batting average has gen down 26 points. As the Yankees fail in consecutive innings Green gives up another run.
KC and Cleveland are beginning to get hot at the right time, hope our Yanx can continue on their beat down once Detroit comes to town manana; (as bad as they-Det.- are).... either way I cut it, I can't believe the Yanx are in 1st place, this late into the season. They've over achieved far beyond my expectations this yr, all is a bonus, even the bad play by some, (insight into who goes in due time); and provided the Yanx have patched together a less than stellar Starting P staff...... next year should be worth waiting for, IF Trashman can bring in some decent SP's, and fkng off Chapman....Betances too, if he's going to continue to forget where the K zone is....
We can't blame anyone but ourselves for this one. Can't believe the great scoring chances we blew. Note to girardi get judge out of 3 hole and down to 6 till he stops swinging at all the balls in the dirt he was letting go earlier. Holliday also needs to bat lower. Move didi up to the 3 hole for now. At least Boston lost agin so no ground lost and although a deep would have been great 3 out of 4 is still a good series
Poor Starting Pitching plus one offensive fail after another equals a loss. Glad the Yankees got 3/4 but if its any team I hate to see them lose to its the God Damn Rays.
Just move on............really concerned about Judge. Since HR Derby, he's been abysmal with little contributions. Rays play them tough.
^^^^^ hated to see Beltre leave the Bums, especially after his contract yr., of 04. Mired by specualtors (all over the I-Net), stating absurd cases against Beltre, stating he was noted as a violator in the Mitchell report. To this day some say he was a juicier, of course I can not find one piece of legit evidence he ever juiced, at all, other than some snowflakes take on a few web sites....and nope he's never been on the official Mitchell Report record... that being said, Salut - Beltre .
kind of says it all- "Despite 16 strikeouts by their hurlers, the Yankees' six-game win streak was snapped, as they finished 1-for-11 with runners in scoring position."
Okay Ron, I have a Question for you. I was reading a Food Magazine and it said In Georgia Barbecue ranges from a Whole Hog to Brisket with a Side of Brunswick Stew. Do you guys really eat the whole Pig??? I have no idea what Brunswick Stew is either. Please enlighten me.
TFG. Saw Swarzak on the Brewhaus yesterday, couldn't take the sight of him, flipped channels. Let Cesspool join whoever want's his lame ass, alongside swarzak two of a kind....
..actually, the original "brunswick stew" recipe involves cooking just the head of pig/hog and stripping the meat off...but that's a bit much so I usually make it with a mix of pulled pork roast and chicken meat...I like brunswick enough but I can take it or leave it. ...but yeah, we pretty much eat the whole animal...but then again, so do you if you eat hot dogs.
...the pig jig occurs once a year about 8 miles from me...it's basically a bar b que competition...it's not as much of a big deal as it was back in the day...have not been in years...too much like going to the fair now.
