    Not that it really matters, because there are talented athletes of all races and ethnicity. In the last Olympics before the Dream Team, the gold (Soviet Union) and silver (Yugoslavia) medal teams were 100% white. But, that wasn't really a fair fight. That was before they let NBA players play in the Olympics. So, those Soviet and Yugoslavian squads were loaded with grown men who were playing professionally in Europe going up against a bunch of college kids from the US.

    The Soviets have won a few gold medals in basketball, Argentina won in 2004. So sure, a team of the best white players in the world could win. They'd only have to upset team USA in 1 game, not a series.

    Right now, the Whiteys could be:

    PG: Dragic/Rubio
    SG: Redick/Fournier
    SF: Hayward/Porzingis
    PF: Love/Jokic
    C: Gasol/Nurkic

    You could make a case for Klay Thompson being white. His Mother is white, and his dad looks at least 50% white, making Klay 75% white. People tend to think that you need to be a pure Aryan to be considered "white", but it doesn't work the other way around, in that you don't have to be 100% African stock to be considered black. In our culture, anyone that has a smidge of african decent is called "black".
