It doesn't have to be a star, but a guy that can come in and comfortably run the offense, provide leadership, and close out games for 2-3 years while Rondo continues to learn and get better.

That's part of his job, like BCB said, and he is a great evaluator of talent. For all we know, Yi will be a star. I'm not saying he will or won't, I can't judge him other than the YouTube highlights, but you still have to see everything that's out there. This is exactly why Danny ALWAYS finds us steals on draft day.
