Fingers crossed for only a 10 person league!

Not a fan of that change.

    My ideal scenario:
    QB - 1
    RB - 2
    WR - 2
    TE - 1
    FLEX (RB/WR/TE) - 2
    DEF/ST
    K

2 QBs make it more balanced then being able to play 4 WRs. I've never done a 2 QB league but I've heard it's a lot of fun from those who have.

If that happens I'll have to reduce playoffs from 6 to 5. I like 12 because it makes teams less stacked. Plus there's less payout money with 10, and 6 playoff teams out of 12 is the perfect system

Most teams dont even start pre-season until mid August. We gotta have some time to see how guys perform in pre season, depth chart battles, and if anyone gets injured.

We should have 2 weeks of preseason under the belt, and right now Friday looks like the best day, and I know you (Bobo) can't draft Fridays in late August (I can't draft the weekend of Friday the 25th-28th).

So it's looking like Friday the 18th will be the day we draft, unless people could do Sunday the 20th.

Most teams will have 2 games under their belt by the 19th, so it's either then or the 1st-3rd of September.

I'll have to see. I have a lot going on (work, refereeing, son's basketball season). I don't want to say yes unless I can invest the time.

Will it all be online (lineup changes, drops, pickups)?

Yeah, I plan on doing the draft offline, and getting a free room at Dave & Busters or Big Al's to meet up and draft at with some good food and beer.

If you couldn't make it to the draft in person, you could draft online. I'll have a live draft thread that I update after every pick going in the OT Section for a couple people that don't live locally.

Other than the draft, everything will be done online. It's an ESPN league, and if you haven't played ESPN fantasy before, they have a great Fantasy App that makes everything quick and easy.

If we only have 10 it'll be a 5 team playoff with top 3 getting BYES.

@BoBoBREWSKI @trailblazer18 @HAAK72 @RipCityDSCPL @Sedatedfork Let me know what you guys think of this idea.

If we have 11 teams: What if we went with an 11 week regular season, with everyone playing each other once and having a BYE once. Week 12 would count as the last week of the regular season but would essentially be a play-in game between 4th and 5th place. I would create the matchup after week 11 for #4 and #5. Whoever wins would get put into the 4 team playoffs starting Week 13. I could put 5 teams in the playoffs but I cant make the #4 vs. #5 matchup one week and the other rounds two weeks.

I was thinking of this because it would essentially set up a playoffs like this:
    Play-in (1 Week Matchup, Week 12):
    #4 vs. #5 (1 Week)
    Semi-Final (2 Week Matchup, Weeks 13 & 14)
    #1 vs. #4/#5
    #2 vs. #3
    Final (2 Week Matchup, Weeks 15 & 16)

11 Weeks is a balanced schedule for 11 teams, and it sets up beautifully for this type of playoff system (I don't like running games Week 17 because good players tend to sit).
Also, with weekly and seasonal bonuses, it'll make every week intriguing for every team, even those on a BYE.

    What do you guys think?
