Note the DAME Logo on the tongue on the black shoe.

Or can this be his first lifestyle shoes? Since Dame 3 just came out.
 
I like these better than the 3s well done addidas design team, well done :cheers:

But since when Adidas start doing the .5 thing? Thought it was a Under Armor thing to do. I am a little disappointed personally. The sock like set up plus the flywire type of support are both very NIKE. Dame 3 is not the best looking shoes but at least it has characters and they did something new on it. These, not so much.
 
@HCP can you show this to DAME and ask him what the heck is going on? Why is his shoes being leaked a whole year before it will be released.
 
I really like the looks of the white/black/grey pair....sets off the barracuda teeth sole which is actually well designed for draining water...no rigid seam to eventually open up...if they're comfortable I'd wear a pair....not sure about the sock top..seems to look like it'd put pressure on the Achilles heel a bit...probably more flexible than it looks though.
 
They kind of look like Sketchers in those pics, but i would like to see some different colors before i call them fugly.

Dlillard2 in red is still my fav, strictly from an aesthetic standpoint. I dont ball and know dick about shoes.
 
Off topic, but how do you handle having all the notifications up there? That'd drive me insane... I can barely handle more than 2, and I get rid of them all.

I just realized it was the display platform they were on that was making them look like those weird Sketchers with rounded soles. They dont look bad now.

Adidas Bounce, which I believe is on Dame's shoes is good too. A little stiffer, Boost is pretty spongy. I have the Dame 2 that has BOOST technology, they are quite comfortable.



I think these shits were One Fiddy though.
 
I think the bigger question should be does BOOST help in basketball. If it does matter, then I would argue he should have included it to make the shoes last longer.

I have run in BOOST shoes for quite some time (10+ pairs) and they certainly maintain their cushion much longer than the average foam does. They do cost more, but if you look at the extra mileage they give you then it breaks even.

I'm sure dame is more worried about initial price. I'm sure growing up his parents could never afford the $200 shoes so he's made it his mission to keep them cheap.

Dame's shoes are never more than $110 dollars. Pretty reasonable in this day and age.

Very reasonable. And it cost probably $30 top to make the shoe lol
 
I'm still pissed those Rip City colorways from the Dame 2 I think are so hard to find.
