Drago did kill Adonis's father Apollo, and Adonis probably wants revenge. But, Lundgren is 59 and looks older. Surely, he would not still be boxing and is to old to fight the young creed. (Though Rocky did fight the younger champion in Rocky Balboa) Still, Creed will still be fighting an old man version of the guy who killed his dad, not the younger deadlier version. Who knows maybe Drago still has it, but Lundgren certainly doesn't look like the steroid machine from Rocky IV. Perhaps Adonis will fight Drago's son for the newly vacated championship ( Conlan who beat Adonis by decision in the first Creed movie has to go serve a prison term and give up his belt) That sounds better than him fighting old Drago Sr. Though, I could see Adonis kicking some ass and telling SR. or JR. whoever he is fighting, "If you die you die" as Drago had said about Apollo when he killed him. Whatever happens I hope Creed 2 is titled Adonis.
Drago Jr vs Creed Jr..... done and done. And when Creed Jr dies, Rocky's long lost son will step up and win.
I'm excited to hear that Dolph will be part of the next Rocky film, but I really hope Drago isn't just some evil monosyllabic Russian guy in this film, that would be lame.
Weird. Rocky already got revenge on Drago. And Drago would be like 60+ years old. So if junior beats him, it's not heroic in anyway, beating up a 60 year old who was already beaten by Rocky.
I agree. There is nothing heroic by it. Fighting and beating the guy who killed his dad to win the world heavyweight championship while meaningful is not heoric when you account for Drago being 60 and over the hill. How similar is the situation to old Rocky fighting champion Mason Dixon in Balboa? Was that heroic? Was it heoric that Dixon beat an old man? Though I guess it is heroic for an old Rocky to take the young champion all the way. I think Adonis will be fighting Drago Jr.

Ahh, have Drago as a side story. Creed fights someone else, instead of training he hunts down 60 year old Drago and tortures him. That would be interesting.
Rocky had sex with Drago's wife, who had his baby but he doesn't know it but has been training with Drago ever since. Then Rocky's bastard son impales him with a light sword and Rocky falls to his death after saying "I love you, son". Lil Apollo then screams in a deep rage and shoots Lil Rocky with a crossbow, injuring him before the two have their main event fight.
