How do you get Melo to waive his no trade clause on NBA2K17?

Lol. It's the best game ever every time it comes out IMO. I have the most fun playing that game than any other.

 

Yep Superstar is the only one that makes sense in 17 for me. HoF is overpowered as you said.

Cannot wait for 18 in a month. Will be getting two copies at launch, one for PS4 and one for Switch. Cannot wait to play this at work during breaks.

 

You need to get FAKE CJ, FAKE Dame, FAKE Nurk to go to FAKE NY and convince FAKE Melo to join FAKE Portland and give up the most FAKE points in the FAKE league.

 

You whine so much about how the team is built and how they play, why not play 2K like we do and make ALL the decisions?

 

I got annoyed at superstar because I can't maintain shooting % you'd see players get irl.
I can beat it due to knowing the tricks to play defense and cheese the computer. But I swear shooting bothers me.
I prefer the 2k13 version of shooting. Memorizing a players shooting form and when to release was much easier for me than watching a green bar fill up.
Plus in what world do you watch your feet when you shoot irl. You look at the rim.

 

Yeah, 17's shooting sucked IMO. They are supposed to completely revamp it in 18'.

There's a green bar?

 

In options there is a "shot meter" (hopefully they don't have this in 2K18).

If you time it just right it will turn green. This means you have held down the shoot button (or held up on the shot stick) for the perfect amount of time.

Holding them for too long or too short screws your release.

Do you use "real player percentage" or "release timing"?

 

I use whatever the default setting is, I guess. I just feel it.

 

I believe release timing and shot meter are default settings. Well at least they were for the ps4.
It's yellow or red if you don't get a perfect release(green).

 

Turner just went 0-7 from three in the 2k game I just played.

I only shoot when wide open and mostly from the side with Turner.

 

I almost never shoot threes with Turner. He is very good at running towards the basket, spin shots and forcing free throws.

 

I basically like tearing a team down, or picking a shitty team, then rebuilding. Shocking, I know

 

Just do a fantasy draft at the beginning and make yourself like the 15th pick.
