Wednesday when I was at the game, I went into the Garden at like 5:45 and me and my friend just sat around. But that's not what I'm talking about here. Out on the court were three guys, from about 5:45 to 6:45. Bassy TelfairRajon RondoLeon PoweTelfair and Rondo were taking jumpshots, especially deepers ones, non stop, and Powe was working on a lot of post stuff, not just offense but defense as well. I really don't know why I posted this other than just it felt great, and really reassuring that these three guys are working their asses off.

This is the thing about this team that makes the young talent so promising, they ALL... and I mean ALL... work hard. I mean you can go down to list, Big Al all the way down to A-Ray, they all bust their ass and they all want to get better. Sure, we hear all the reports and read all the recaps during training camp, and that all sounds promising, but I see what you are saying. It makes you feel a whole lot better when you see it in person.

I have been to 3 games this year, and in those games, I've seen every guy out there working before game time. Perk and Al running suicides, Rondo/Bassy shooting, Powe/Gomes working on their face up game, Gerald shooting and shooting off screens, Scal shooting, Kandi-Man shooting hooks, etc. I mean everybody. But I must say, in those 3 games, the 3 guys I've seen out there early before game time the most are Rondo, Powe, and Gerald.

This young team has a lot of talent, and with their positive attitudes and work ethic, there is no doubt in my mind that we will be a good team.

The only thing that pissed me off about seeing Telfair out there was that he had two gigantic studs on, one on each ear. For a minute it seemed like when he came out for the first time he couldn't have cared less and just wanted to look good.

Yeah that sounds good, the players that work hard in the nba have decreased over the years and well it's great to see some of the celtic players working hard to do whatever it takes to make it as a great player in this league.

I don't want to burst your bubble, but this is nothing. I see this every game, guys are coming out 2-3 hours early and working on stuff. I do it, most of my teammates do it, it's nothing new.
