They are in line for the fourth pick, and lets just say that they get that fourth pick. Who should they draft?Al Horford? Julian Wright? Joakin Noah? (BCB sure would love Thabeet...)Julian Wright seems like the right fit in Milwaukee. He is a great all around player and can score downlow. Their lineup would beG WilliamsSG ReddSF WrightPF VillanuevaC BogutWhat if Milwaukee gets screwed over and falls in the lottery? Would you try to draft Acie Law IV? I think I would, if I were the Milwaukee GM. Mo Williams is great, but Acie Law could really be a star in the league. Mo Williams probably wouldn't be resigned if Acie Law went to the Bucks, since Earl Boykins and Charlie Bell are also in the depth charts.
If we have the 4th overall pick and Oden, Durant and B. Wright are taken... Then we should select Julian Wright, he'd be perfect for our team. He doesn't need the ball on offense to be effective. He's a good defender, he's strong, good passer, good athlete. Sure we have Simmons but Wright can slide and play PF when we play with a smaller lineup. If we slide to like the 7th pick I would not mind at all if we pick Acie Law.
IMO, Al Horford would be the ideal pick then. You just said yall need a defensive energetic big man...Horford would be nice.

If we draft Horford then Villanueva is on the bench and Simmons is playing the majority of the SF minutes....I think things would work out better if we picked Julian Wright for our rotations, more flexability.
Charlie Villanueva gets burned at PF, he would get burned two times over at SF where he isn't quick enough. He plays at SF once and a while but it doesn't work for long stretches...
I think picking a SF would be great for the Bucks obviously. I view Julian Wright as a combo forward and he is everything that you listed BCB. He is a good defender like you said, he is ver athletic, but his jumpshot needs a little bit of work. Im not very familiar with this draft class but if they could find a good SF, I think it would be perfect.
Just to make it clear. I don't support the picking of Durant if we have the #1 pick because we already have the scorers and with Oden there he's just too special of a defender to pass up, I support the picking of Wright if we have a later (4th pick or so) because he's perfect for our team and doesn't need the ball.... My best picks for the Bucks in my opinion 1. Greg Oden - Defensive presense, we need one badly in the paint. 2. Julian Wright - Perfect compliment, good passer, defender, athlete, doesn't need shots. 3. Acie Law - Perfect PG, tough, clutch, might not be a Deron Williams talent but he's got 'it'.
I would take Julian Wright. He would compliment Michael Redd very well with his athletic and driving ability. He brings defense, and that is one thing that the Bucks definately dont have. The one thing he needs to improve is his shooting, but he is a very talented prospect, and the Bucks could use a SF imo.

He is a pretty damn good shot blocker and he is quick on the perimeter also. He is able to move his feet fast and he has a crazy long reach to steel balls and take it the other way. I can respect him being behinid Oden, but Acie and Julian over him? no way...

Same with Charlie Villanueva. That's my issue, we have guys that can score, if we add another stud like Durant people are going to be complaining about shots...they're role in the offense...etc... Julian Wright is the perfect selection for our team. Kevin Durant might be the better player but he's not the best fit. If we got the 2nd pick and we nabbed Durant, would I be happy? It would be awesome, it would bring life back to the fans. But their could be problems and it seems I'm the only Bucks fan that sees these problems.
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>Al Horford? Julian Wright?</div>I like Horford for the Bucks. You guys need a solid PF with a big body to go with Bogut at Center. I think Horford is it for you guys. Wright is a great athlete but I think Horford would be more effective. Horford already has that NBA body and he's an absolute house down low. He's also a great defender. I think he'd be great for the Bucks. Julian Wright isn't a bad option either.

And you dont know that they would be unhappy....They would be alot better of a team for it, and they would be winning more games than if you brought on a guy like Wright, and that would make the other players happier. They would still get their looks. Its not like Durant is going to dominate the ball THAT much right away. Their is such a big difference between Julian Wright and Kevin Durant that its not even funny. He is so much better of a player that you couldnt pass him up, and I would bet you so much money that the Bucks wouldnt pass him up either. He is just as good of a defender as Wright is from what I have seen, and if your only issue is that he would take too many shots, then that is a bad reason not to pick him.
