Context matters. My presumption is that it was a teasing jab (step) at an ex teammate. I suspect (from my vantage point here in the cheap, cheap, cheap seats) that Wes and CJ are cool, and they can each take the banter the other dishes out.

At the same time, you are probably right :)

(Well, except for the "all" part.)

Cuban should stop saying dumb things on twitter if he wants to run for president.

    Oh wait...

Right, because random anonymous fans posting in a team forum is exactly the same thing as the team owner posting on social media.

Our guys are fully capable of taking care of themselves. Did C.J. need Paul Allen to come to his rescue when Chandler Parsons foolishly took a jab at the Blazers on Twitter. Fuck no, C.J. promptly put him in his place.

Yep, Cuban knows deep down inside that if not for his money, he'd just be the dork at the party no one talks to.

CJ has done this "victim unit" thing with plenty of other players from plenty of other teams. He has like one every mondays or something. He's just showing of some of his nice move from last season. Nothing to get mad about.

Makes sense for HCP to take those kind of jobs. Season hasn't started yet but there's less lawns to mow with the end of the summer

I'm pretty sure Cuban was joking around a bit too.

Also, it's amazing how after being here long enough, you can read an OP, and know with about 99% certainty what MM is going to respond.

Exactly. If you can take the thing and say "a {thing}" and have it make sense, then you use fewer.

A water? Not so much. A glass? Yes. Fewer glasses, less water.

Back in the day (sigh) when the Sonics were a thing, I took some buddies to a game against the mavs at the Key, December 2006 I believe. We were in the 200 section and Cuban happened to be on the same side as us, though down in front court. We started a chant: Maaa-aaark.......Cuuuu-baaaaan. Got many around us to join in. Unfortunately for us, we were too high up for him to hear us (or maybe he was ignoring). Regardless, he has made himself a complete troll target over the years and I will make it a point to do the same in the future if I'm at a game and he's visible or possibly within earshot.
