I hate local sports media. None of it is good. Always stirring up shit. Quick changed but he's pretty much useless, has no scoops on anything. It's way different than when I look at other teams local media
I agree with you 100%.

It's a stupid fucking question that assumes we need to choose one, or the other. We don't. So, the correct answer is: both. No one is asking GSW if they should keep KD or Curry.

Didn't realize CJ was a (sneaker) free agent. If you're Adidas, do you make a huge pitch to try to get him and Dame together?

As I often tell my son, "what if" questions that postulate ridiculous hypotheticals are not worthy of response.

Postulate?? CPU error..... errorrr.. erroooooorororrrrrr....

And your son still talks to you?
He respects the fact that I don't condescend to him. When he's legitimately seeking knowledge, I answer him as best I can. When he asks something pointless and ridiculous, I call him out.

Perhaps if BGDbot's programmer had done the same early in his development, we'd see fewer glitches.

That picture of D. Wade reminds me of Grady from Sanford and Son ;)

He is getting up there in age, but at least he isn't clutching his chest and threatening to come join Elizabeth...

KD and Curry are very different players though, whereas the duplicity of Dame and CJ skillsets & physicality limits their combined effectiveness (both score first guards).

IMO we need to trade one of them (Dame imo) for an all-star caliber small-forward, to have that level of talent spread-out at PG (CJ), SF (trade addition) & C (Nurkic).

And then who plays SG? Pat C? Archie?

Smh.

1st off, before bringing up a blasphemous idea, bring up a hypothetical that could actually be a possibility. What team has a star SF available who would trade them for Dame?

2nd, you want to trade away the face of the franchise, who's a great leader, a guy who the city loves and who loves the city back, and who would likely bit be and to net an equal return, just to slide CJ over to his less natural position because the most meaningful thing in all of this would be to essentially downgrade SG and upgrade SF?

Having a group of stars at very specific positions doesn't matter. What matters is if that talent is cohesive and complimentary to each usher and the rest of the roster. People focus too much on rigid titles called "positions", and not enough on ability-based cohesion.

How does CJs and Dames adjusts nut compliment each other? Both are just as good off the ball as they are on the ball. CJ is one of the best spot shooters in the league.

What's the difference between a score first PG and SF, compared to a score first PG and SG? Curry and Durant are as good at playing off the ball as Dame and CJ, so how is it that Dame and CJ don't compliment each other? "Positional spreading of talent" isn't a valid answer.

I agree with most of what you said, but you're only looking at one side of the court. It's not the offensive side that's the issue.....
It's the defensive end where both Dame & CJ play is still offesive. One could be 'hid' a little if needed, but trying to hide both is impossible.
