    The shooters friend stood in front of him and told him not to do it. He then shot and killed his friend before injuring 3 others. Sounds like the custodian stopped him.

    They caught a suspect but have not identified him to the public. The PM's statement reveals, in the use of the term, Cowardly Attack, that she does not accept the fact that a war is in
    progress in her country.

    "The Prime Minister has chaired an emergency meeting of Cobra, and this afternoon announced the terror threat level will not be raised from severe to critical - although this could change as the investigation continues.

    She condemned the "cowardly attack" saying "this was a device intended to cause significant harm"."
