Well, as you yourself said, you would like to see objectives for demonstrations. To teach disrespect for the traditions of the nation to the children is not an objective and has none other than creating disrespectful adults. And further, doing it because a properly conducted trial did not produce the results you desire, is compounding the error. This is over a the recent trial of a cop found not guilty in a trial by a judge. By a judge instead of a jury trial as is everyones right. It is the system. The guy that died, a black man, a drug dealer fleeing from the police is not an innocent hero. A hero deserving of wasting a generation of children being taught to disregard the systems and tradition of the nation. There can not be a worthy goal, that can possible be achieved, teaching the children, this nation is flawed and is to be disrespected. If the dead man were white, not mumble would be heard, yet it would be the same system that perhaps needs some change that produced the death. These sort of tactics can not produce any good. These sorts of plans will never be adequate.

It is clearly protected. A black guy I saw on YouTube said all us white guys would be dead by now and an old black guy was our king or some shit. In this day and age you'll be doxxed and fired from your job if you say stupid shit. We're really close to a Black Mirror episode becoming reality. Pretty soon if you say the N word your phone will hear it and make you take a selfie to prove you're black.
Going to your knees in church is respectful to god. Going to your knees at a football game is disrespectful to a flag. It's hard to figure out which side are the snowflakes these days.
Burping after a good meal is apparently good in some culture. Burping in church isn't. Apples and oranges just like sly's analogy. Not that I'm for forcing anyone to stand. They can flip off the flag for all I care.
Exactly, they need to be more direct with their intentions. Turn around with your back to the flag. Flip off the flag. Do a jerking off motion during the National Anthem. Sing some Kanye West.
They're being pretty direct. Just as direct as the MFs who while at home don't stand or go get a beer. Do they stop selling beer at the concession stands while the anthem is playing? They sure don't at the Rose Garden.
