    Not really much to cover I think. Same core. No huge additions. (other than the rookies.) No major story lines coming into the season. I shit you not one of the major discussions on other Blazer media sources was Dame going Vegan. Jordan Bell probably got more coverage by himself.

    I mean more like reports of who is doing what, who is looking good, who added something new, etc. There just isn't a lot of reporting going on.

    Some NFL teams have Twitter feeds that collect team media coverage from around the league. Would be awesome if the Blazers had that. Sort of like Bleacher Report but a lot more consistent.

    I really really want Collins to be good. He was the player I wanted in the draft. I just wish his offense would have looked better in summer league. I know he was being asked to do things that he doesn't normally do, and dumpster guards playing with him, but I was really hoping to see more. He looked like he worked at Sassy's with how often he got stripped. I have faith though.

    Put your mind at ease, and forget Vegas. He played in front of his hometown fans, and was crazy nervous - it showed on the offensive end.

    Collins is a 2-way skill player. The areas of concern people have mentioned? All easily fixed. You can't fix stupid, but you can fix weak. He doesn't need to gain weight, per se, some of the league's all time "enforcers" on weighed 230, but he must get stronger - and he will. Not much, but he's already won a 3 point contest among the Blazers. He'll be a very, very good player - and soon.
