    so how do blackouts work? I thoughtso I'm living in the Bay Area, well north bay. So all non-national blazer games should not be blacked out, right?

    It once was, they blacked out all billing zip codes within 180 miles of the Rose Garden.

    Not true for past 3 years and I can not find a rule.

    Ok, just subscribed. Hopefully it's worth it. The last two years, living in Walla Walla I saw so few blazer games and felt disconnected from my team. Now, living in California I'm not willing to go through another season without my Blazers.
