I don't understand this "they can't work together" notion. They scored plenty, and that was with Paul obviously not healthy. They shared the ball very well for the first 3 quarters. There were really only a few possessions where one froze out the other, and I imagine those will only become less common as they become more and more comfortable with each other over the course of the season.

Bell's defense was awful in this game.

He'll get better and landed in the best possible situation, but his flaws were apparent in this game.

He's a stiff short strider who still has no idea how to guard the pnr and makes decisions that make you question his IQ.

I agree, they're both too talented for this not to eventually work and when it does... it's going to be a problem, the Warriors will have some problems imo. They're still the better team but I don't see them sweeping a team like the Rockets.

Saw the same things but he should still carve out a better career than most second rounders.

Yeah, definitely made a lot of rookie mistakes. Of course, he's a rookie, so those are to be expected.

If he's still doing the same stuff after, say, New Year's, then it will be completely within reason to question his BBIQ, but I wouldn't take too much from one game.

I do think Collins is probably more NBA ready than Bell though, despite all the preseason conventional wisdom to the contrary.

I feel for Celtics and Hayward. 5 mintues into his max deal with a new look Celtics that were really likely to go all the way in the Eastern Conference and his season is over. It's really a heartbreaker, like him or not.

Damn! 9th seed and out of the playoffs. Looks like the experts were right.

BTW you might hate CP3 and Harden but Rockets are really fun to watch these days. The crucial time of tonight's game was a pure entertainment. They already were an offensive machine last year and I feel that adding Paul will make them much, much better as season develops.

I feel for Celtics, think I'm going to root for them in the East now and definitely when Hayward comes back. It'd be a great story if they could win Eastern Conference next year with full team. Tatum and Brown will be amazing.

This is going to be fun season!

I have to say that PJ Tucker may end up being the most underrated signing this summer.

When he and ariza are together they are a force defensively and not bad shooters on offense.

They have a lot of wings, so sucking for Hayward aside, they should be fine

David Aldridge picked us to be 4th. And we are tied for the 2 seed right now. Does anyone know what the tiebreakers are?

If one hates Paul and Harden, how are they fun to watch? I thought they were horrible last night. Warriors are just worse.
