3-1 Cubbies. Dodgers threatening in their 7th . Duensing gets the dangerous Bellinger on a pop up to left.
    Cub fans exhale.!

What kind of bullshit is going on in Chicago? Relief pitcher strikes out Granderson. Grandyman
claims he foul tipped the pitch. Umpires overrule the initial SO. Maddon goes bezerk.

It was clear that Granderson never touched the pitch. Some of these umpires need to find another
job. Some of their decisions are very questionable!........such as this one.

I like the Cubs much more than the effing Bums, yet I'd wan't to see another Yanx-Bums classic. Last Yanx-Bums classic, 1981, I rode my motorcycle from so cal, to western ks, and watched the Series with my grandpa, fading from cancer, he'd be gone 2 wks later. He's the one who ensured my birthright as a Yanx fan began as an infant...

that bike ride took me through 500 miles of snow one way, and Tornado rains, flash floods for another 700 miles...it was well worth it ~!!!~

Let me tell you Rob..... you have definitely lived the life, I rode on my Father's motorcycle a couple of times but I was only like 6 or 7 years old. He got rid of it after smashing into a pole.... The good old days.

The third coolest thing the Yankees did this year was sweeping the Cubs out of Wrigley early in the year. Still remember Gardner taking that pitch over the wall for what proved to be a game winner. I remember some asshole telling me the Yankee were lucky and I ended the discussion when the same individual stated the Yankees Championships were all bought and paid for. One of the regular bar floozies, (Cubs Fan) said she could no longer afford to go to games because the Yankees paid their players too much. That money angle come up with Rays Fans as well (all 12 of them).

...you're right, there's very little if any accountability.

...the really sad thing is that these PS Umps are supposedly the cream of the crop and are selected by the quality of their umpiring during the regular season.

...doesn't say much for the ones who were not selected, does it ?
