Nobody in Golden State would ever pull this - publicly demanding a trade. Won’t happen. It takes an organization that is poorly run and/or a punk of a person to do this. Which is why Cousins is a perfect candidate.
They've made peace apparently. Aldridge won't ask to be traded. If anything, Buford will blindside him and trade him out of the blue.
Looking team by team, I don't see too many candidates. Kemba Walker is stuck in a team that's not good enough for him anymore but he's not the type of player that would ask for a move I think. I can't see Davis asking for a move, especially as he's intelligent and knows that he wouldn't get it now anyway. Drummond looks like the best bet to be traded soon but even then I'd say that Pistons will probably try to move him on their own before he asks for a move himself. There are a few teams in the league that could use a center like him. Mostly these players come out of a blue. Nobody expected Irving to ask for a trade last Summer, to be fair.
I thought about this, but I don't think so. Who wouldn't want to be The Star in NY? And besides, they can't afford to let him go.
It was reported that Bradley Beal and John Wall weren't on the same page last season. So I say Bradley Beal.
LeBron's not going to ask to be traded (because he's a FA at the end of the season for one thing) but this is pretty ridiculous:
KAT doesn't seem happy. But he's on rookie scale and will get a super max. Same with Devin Booker. If things go wrong for TOR, Derozan needs to get out. AD is my hope as always.
Historically speaking some crazy stat like 95% of stars leave upon fulfillment of their 1st real contract. So we would need to be looking at players drafted in 2008 or 2009.
