This one had a tad of expectation, and failed miserably.

The Simpsons is going to have some expectations. The closer to mid-summer we get, people will start seeing the previews and will start building the hype.

Ive heard from people whos seen some of it say that its very good and will exceed expectations. It was a topic on AOTS.I think its going to be very good.

Disturbia - 8/10The movie was entertaining and jumpy at points, but it was definitely not a horror. Even Stevens did a pretty good job acting, and that chick was really hot. The ending could have been better though, wasn't surprising at all.

Revenge - 7/10This just got released on DVD and caught my attention online with Tarantino putting it on his Top 5 revenge flicks list. So I went out and got it because of the people behind the movie. Now you either hate Costner or like him, I'm in the boat of pro-Cost. And this one movie where his acting fits the character and makes the film work(unlike cough Robin Hood cough). I guess the same can apply to the film's director as well, but this was early 90's before he got caught up in causing orgazmic seizures from his audience. The films stands well though and reminded me of the earlier Man on Fire(so no surprize he would direct the remake). Character development is what makes this a solid movie and is a lost art at times in the filmmaking industry.Movie also has key roles by Madeline Stowe, Miguel Ferrer and a up and comer named John Leguizamo.

Saw Spidey 3 tonight and it was definitely the worst one yet. Way too long, action was sick, but jeez it got boring.8/10

I rented the Shawshank Redemption last night since so many people here loved it. I thought it was a great movie. The only thing I really didn't like about it was that for a 20 year period the main characters didn't seem to age much at all. I also watched the Sixth Sense last night. I was expecting it to be much scarier than it was. It was a good movie though and I though Haley Joel Osment did a superb job. The only thing is it felt like everything was a little rushed and the movie should've been like 30 minutes longer. I hated how they didn't really give you closure at all on anything at all other thn Bruce Willis being a ghost.The Shawshank Redemption- AThe Sixth Sense- B+

I just saw "She's the man" on HBO, sort of. I was studying and just put something on (Other then the Spurs game) It was alright, hard to think Amanda Bynes (sp?) is 21 already. Wow.

Shrek 3- Awesome. Hilarious, with very original jokes. Everyone should watch it.

8 Mile- I watched this off and on on TV before but this was my first time watching the full thing. I really liked the movie. I was impressed with Eminem as a character and just really had no complaints about this movie. It was just kind've missing something to give it that "wow" factor. Maybe it's just because it didn' really have a plot like that if you get what I mean. Also last night my mom made me watch Freedom Writers with her. I've seen a million movies with a plot like this so it was a little boring for me but it wasn't bad.8 Mile- B+ or A-Freedom Writers- B-

I'm not a wigger. Just because I don't dress preppy or skater doesn't mean I'm a wigger. I don't really dress ghetto either. I wear basketball clothes, but I don't own any tall tees, southpole, ekko stuff, etc. Tyhe only black things I do are play basketball(if you wanna call that a black thing) and listen to rap even thoguh I don't even listen to wigger rap.

Oh haha I should've thought of that. Like I said though I'd seen most of it before, just not the whole thing and it was the edited TV version.
