    Stotts biggest flaws:

    Dealing with Screens (both sides of the ball)

    Getting murdered by Stars and scrubs (never the good rotation dudes)

    Lillard seems to slow down when he gets to 15ft on every drive this year. He did it on that last possession where he got fouled. I think that's why he's not getting to the rim at all this year.

    It's possible he actually did play better with more weight and out of shape some; it seems a lot of his shots near the basket have a little too much pep. I think if he can practice more against NBA length and athleticism that he can adjust to his new body.

    Because we should expect a player to have fully refined footwork in one offseason of work, while at the same time he was busy losing 30 pounds. Ok.

    Lillard is not getting to the rim because he has no lanes. Teams are mirroing him and cutting him off. That's why he needs to learn to be a better distributor.
