It's always been about one thing for Memphis. Health and can they beat the Spurs.
So far they've shown the lack of ability to do either since they were up 2-1 on GSW(when they weren't healthy).

 

They should have a finals series for each month. We'd definitely get a Grizz-Magic finals for October. Pretty sure we're not going to get it for the whole season, though.

The Lakers got no closer than five after that. “That was my fault,” Ball said of the Mitchell putback dunk, which Lakers coach Luke Walton said swung the momentum. “If you think about it, that kind of changed the whole course of the game. … I should have boxed him out. Then I threw the turnover.”

And, while I am asking, has anyone heard something like this from a Blazer coach lately?
Tonight was the first time I heard #Clippers Doc Rivers curse , and that’s because he was VERY heated – “We deserved to lose. We lost the lead because our heads weren’t right for whatever reason. Maybe cuz we were 4-0, I don’t know what the f*** the reason was.” Doc Rivers continued – “We’re going to be a really good team, but we’re never going to be a good team if we play and act like that. I hate to lose, but to me, we deserved to lose tonight.”

 

That’s crazy... I guess anything can happen at high speeds though. Didn’t they shoot strands of hay into a tree on Mythbusters or something?

I’ve seen some shit die before though, so I’d think there would be some blood and guts. Wind isn’t gonna clean all that shit off.

 

It’s hilarious watching him get killed by rookies that were so obviously going to have better careers. Magic is going to go down as one of the worst front office execs ever. Got rid of Russel for nothing, and picked what is starting to look like a top 5 worst draft flop. Can’t wait to see what else they do

 

I can't believe Ball was ranked the 63rd best NBA player in the world by ESPN (above guys like Melo, Smart, Batum, Ibaka, Schroder, and many more) and is last I checked the top of the rookie ladder... averaging 10/7.7/7.5 on .311/.281/.556 shooting.

 

Tbf it is a small sample size, but with his jumpshot the best I can see him finish this season is like .375/.300/.750

Shit son, without even really trying, I can come up with 5 worse while typing this......in no particular order.......Hasheem Thabeet, Anthony Bennett, Tyrus Thomas, Darko,Adam Morrison......and that's without actually thinking about it. Exaggerate much?

 

He wasn't drafted for his shooting though right?

 

Nah, they passed up on the next T-Mac for Ricky Rubio with no defense.

Not to mention how many future all stars there look to be in this draft class.
