How did CNN get this scoop?

Seems like laws regarding grand jury secrecy may have been broken.

That may be why the other slightly more legit news sources are staying away from the topic. The others are citing CNN.

Yes, the real scandal here is the leaks. Same as Watergate.

Maybe Hillary is responsible for the leaks? I don't think we can rule that out.

CNN claims their source is someone briefed on the matter. Nobody should be briefed on the matter. The judge sealed the indictment to keep it secret, and the proceedings are secret and subject to criminal penalty if the secrecy violated.

We should have someone investigate it!

That's wrong, people are briefed on the indictments.

    The Justice Department is briefed.

Trump appointee Rosenstein is obviously briefed directly by Mueller.

    Rosenstein briefs the Attorney General.

The AG has most likely briefed his boss, the President of the United States.

Also the attorneys of the people indicted have been briefed.

There is no motive for Mueller or his team to have leaked this to CNN. That would only hurt his investigation. He and his team know this.

There are obvious motives for others to have leaked this, including trying to make the argument that Mueller has leaked it, he should be removed and this investigation ended.

But I completely agree, everyone who could have possibly leaked this to CNN should be investigated.

They love having prime theater space on broadway used for a show that maybe half-fills the seats.

    NOT

Michael Moore's One-Man Broadway Debut Closes With Tepid Results

According to BroadwayWorld.com, The Terms of My Surrender earned a total gross of $4.2 million during its summer-to-fall performance calendar, translating into less than half of what it could've earned with nightly sell-outs in the intimate 1,016 seat theater.

In its final week, for instance, the $367,634 the show generated in ticket sales amounted to only 47.2% of its gross potential for that period. Worse, its box office performance the week before garnered only $296,116 of a $778,176 ceiling based on seating capacity and adjusted market value ticket prices.

Manafort it is, looking like for "crimes" committed years ago.

    Therefore, collusion!

Just out of curiosity, what does Moore's broadway (or off broadway) show have to do with anything? I mean, I know why Trump brought it up (it's a distraction and a fallacy), but I don't get why lap dogs bring it up.

Does the financial value of his show really change anything said about Trump? Does his box office somehow change the charges filed against Manafort and Gates?

I only looked into whether it was a hit or flop or whatever. I only heard about him having a show in brief bits and pieces over the past few months.

I don't really care about Moore's show, just providing the information around it's success or failure.

From what I know, the real estate is primest of the prime on broadway. They take a theater and build it out just for a specific show and that costs money. They want the show to run for years and years.

Where a dog of a show takes up one of those theaters when the 50th year of "Cats" earns more, you'd think those trying to run these businesses would care.

Didn't mean you, I meant the guy who supposed to be an adult running the President. It's just done to discredit something someone said, when it's just a fallacious argument to make, and in reality, the argument of a loser.

Just beware as a person living in Indiana.

Pence is worse. He will set this country back decades with his social policy.
