IDK???? Somebody around here was saying they hadn't beat anyone good on their court. Guess what? They still haven't.

I freaking love CJ. He's saved us a hundred times. But last night was his worst game.

Dame can be just as aggravating. He can kill us just the same. I love Dame, too... but please, remember to step back and not let the vividness effect take over, my friend. I've railed on Dame just the same. Hell, even in this game.

Have you looked to see the ratio of homer to non homer on this board? I would actually declare that there are more non-homer (myself included) than homer. That being said, I call bullshit when the poster is making it bullshit to start a rise instead of just being a non-homer.

You really need to step back, take off your confirmation bias glasses, and realize that your posting style leads to more aggressive responses from people that actually agree with YOU, but not how you present it.

When I went off on CJ last night, I expected aggressive responses. When I got them, it didn't send me into victim mode. That is something you need to learn. It's not them being a homer, its you not realizing what power your words are creating. They are two VERY DIFFERENT things, and when you realize that, you won't feel like a victim on here.

I couldn't find the game on NBALP (TV) yesterday...

15 points combined from your starting SF and PF.

Turner played 36:39 off the bench, so you can play 36+ minutes and not start (for those of you wondering about that).

We saw the Nurk we expected all along.

Beyond our first 9 players, we aren't seeing guys earn PT in any quantity.

Okafor isn't the answer. We need production out of our front line.

You might have better luck if our front line would score more if they was moving in this suppose motion offense instead having sit in corner waiting to get the ball to them from our guards to shoot a 3.

I'm a bit torn on this game to be honest.

I doubt the Blazers will lose to the Lakers tonight, but you may want to consider wearing some Depends just in case.

I have no expectations for this team this year. Just along for the ride, whatever it may be. Dame and cj have been wanting help. You see why. If the ball isn’t in their hands, their team mates are useless. I get the judgement on the back court defense but honestly a lot of this has to do with the mediocre role players we have who seem to be the most inconsistent. I think we are seeing this early in the season. Dame and cj aren’t shooting great. Not concerned, they will pick it up. It’s the rest of the guys I get concerned about. Pats been the one bright spot this year. Would like to see Collins and swanigan get developed. Nurk is concerning especially with this back thing and how he’s playing. Not sure about that one. It’s guy like aminu and harkless, turner I get really worried about. So inconsistent. Not good three point shooters, can’t really take you off the dribble minus turner. Most of these guys need to be set up, explaining why dame and cj have the ball so much.

All I know is better get dame help next season, guarantee at this point we will see demands by him this summer and rightfully so. That’s one guy you don’t wanna lose. We have relied too much on this mediocre group the past couple years. This back court needs good talent surrounding them

You doubt it but it’s the nba and they are coming off an overtime game, back to back. Not that easy. Brook Lopez could decide to randomly murder us, and you saw how gobert bodied nurkic in the post.

I'll write it one more time. Stotts plays this team like guys play NBALive. Keep you stars on the court till they die, cos you don't even know who df Shabazz Napier is. Honestly, I don't know why we don't send half of our team for some good SF, Stotts only needs six players anyways.
And this is particularly about Shabazz. He could go somewhere to get some mins as I think he's legit bb player. Surly too good to give him 0 mins and let CJ do ballhandling tricks for 50 mins.
Don't know, maybe I'm to stupid for his brilliant mind. I (as a fan) want a change on coach seat. (And I'm not a hater. He will be fine with his life. We just stuck on the roundabout like Chevy Chase and I already know how Big Ben looks like)

True and that’s the reason I said he may want to consider wearing Depends.

I'm in the exact same boat. The west is tough this year. We did little to improve the help around dame and CJ. Whatever the results are so be it. Life still goes on.

Yeah, it's possible. Possible because Harkless got into foul trouble so they brought Turner in early each quarter, negating the point of starting Harkless. Turner was also gassed from the way his minutes were distributed.

Acting like someone said it wasn't possible in general... SMH. It's not possible for it to be ideal.

Curious what your win prediction was.

I rarely do win predictions. 49 wins was my general idea for the season but I just want to enjoy these years of CJ/Dame/Nurk. It's hard to do that if I put expectations on a season because then I feel like every game is suddenly life or death. It was sucking the fun out of the games for me haha.

I've noticed myself taking Dame's talent for granted during his recent slump--and sooner than I think Dame will be retiring and we'll be back in PG hell for the next decade lol.

True, but after that stinker against Toronto, I'd expect the team to come out with some fire in the next game like it was a season opener against Phoenix. Something is wrong in the locker room, I fear.
