This guy was on Conan the other night, just cracked me up. Love the guy. Doesn't take himself seriously, doesn't have a big ego. Blades of Glory looks like another classic....never gets old.[IMG]THAT JUST HAPPENED!

I've always thought he's great. He fits roles pretty well. He can fall into any type of gimmick and play it great. Such as Blades of Glory, Talladega, all of then. Anchorman is just plain right c-l-a-s-s-I-c. He has a raw talent to play any type of acting.Semi-Pro is his next big one. Im not sure if it's still being filmed or if it's finished, I havent checked on it latley. But it should be good, basketball related.I wait tell Will Farrell movies come out on DVD. Will Farrell movies are off limits at theaters

Kind of weird to have an appreciation thread and mispell the guy's name.

Personally, I think he's better as a side man. He's great in sidekick roles, but when he's the #1 guy in a movie he tends to gag and revert to adolescent humor. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I think a lot of his movies would have been better as 10 minute sketches.

Anchorman was mediocre to me. Old School was a great movie, and I liked Kicking and Screaming. I liked him when he went on Conan and when he was with SNL, but he seems overrated overall.

It does look dumb, but I saw it and it was hilarious. Will Ferrell is just a comedic genius. Even with that freaking terrible Jon Heder guy, Ferrell put the movie on his back and ran with it. It was really funny, honestly.
