Okay you can look at it that way or you can look at like they will get James no matter what the fuck we do. So why not get something out of it that makes this team better. Olshey cannot control 29 other teams in the league. He CAN control one team. The team he happens to be running. Not only are they gonna get James but as it looks right now George Too.
It's more likely that New York uses its draft pick to shed Joakim Noah's and Lance Thomas's contract and then land James and another big name player. James would get to stay in the East, and would for a Big 3 with him, Porzingas, and whoever else joins (CP3?). NYK would also have the role players in Hardaway, Ntilikina, Hernangomez, O'Quinn, etc. to make that pairing successful. Could also see Melo going back and Wade going there.
So the word is they are looking to deal Randle. The Lakers simply do not have to clear much space. They are sitting with Lopez expiring at 22.6 mil, KCP expiring at 17.7 mil, Brewer expiring at 7.5 mil, Randle expiring at 4.1, Bogut expiring at 2.3 mil. They have 54 mil and Ball, Ingram, Clarkson sewn up for 2-3 more years. Deng is their problem at 18 mil. But they can work that into a win if they are smart. If James wants to go to LA he will be a Laker.
Weird stat: over the last 10 games, Paul George, Carmelo Anthony and Russell Westbrook have all scored exactly 201 points.
I mean enough cap space to form a Big 3. He'll value New York more IMO. I'm making a video on this topic as we speak.
Could be but to say LA has to clear a ton of cap space is simply not true. They can afford him and they can even afford paying luxury to get whomever they want. HUGE media market that covers the entire nation and even international areas. I guess the same could be said for New York.
Yeah, but their team is trash and location is overstated. His brand is global. In New York, they could clear cap space to form a lineup of: CP3 Hardaway Lebron Porzingas Hernangomez With a bench of O'Quinn, Wade, and other between free agents. That's much better than anything the Lakers could do.
Brent Brown taking a page from Stotts' book and not calling a timeout with 13 seconds left. They lose. LOL.
Is this the thread to celebrate another loss by OKC? I see Westbrick went 0 for 3 at the line. Sounds familiar. Paul George ain't gonna stick around for this shit. Westbrook has PG and Melo to pass to and was shooting terribly but still took the most shots. I agree it would be awesome if LeBron went to New York. Being a New Yorker, I would enjoy it very much. They'd be instantly my second favorite team.
Sorry man. Garbage post. There are 445 guys in the league that can’t put up numbers like that REGARDLESS of who they are playing. Show some respect.
