synchronistic timing, just told Kim yesterday morn when MLB came on, "see that fkr, (BK), I can't stand his lame ass". Ntm- the MLB crew threw a bone out on how Kenny s/b interviewed by Trashman, fkng ridiculous. I think BK can't tell the difference b/t his pie hole and asshole....
^^^not sure why, but that reminded of one of my favorite quotes; "I have more talent in my smallest fart than you have in your entire body." – Walter Matthau on Barbra Streisand
...with the exception of maybe one name I've heard rumored so far, IMO, none are an upgrade over Girardi.
...you'd think that if Cashman already knew they were gonna let Joe walk, he should also have already a viable replacement...Cashman doesn't have a clue. ...the more I think about things the more I think that by not retaining Girardi, Cashman was simply trying to divert attention away from him being just as accountable.
Fuck Beltran, did not play as well as the Yankees paid him. Heard him say in an interview while a Yankee that Terry Collings was the best manager he'd played for. I do find it somewhat ironic that Beltran and McCann neither one lived up to their Yankee Contracts IMO. Then both end up on team that wins the series. And I'm in agreement with Cashman being totally unprepared for a managerial choice if he knew he were letting Girardi go. But what can we expect from one who tried to get Chipper Jones to play 3rd after he'd retired and got all of those luminaries like Overbay, Wells, Hafner & Roberts. The chickens are coming home to rest, Girardi will be missed by many who knocked him at every opportunity.
Third Base will be Chase Headleys to Defend from Andujar, Torres, and Wade. Cashman said "It's nice to have older guys hearing footsteps" as per Bryan Hoch.
