Hard to get on the guy as he has actually been very solid lately but never seen a caliber goalie like lunqvist give up so many embarrassing, soft goals in his career.

Could've sworn i heard the whistle before it rolled in but maybe not.

Hopefully, half of this roster will be flashed down the toilet during the season.

Needed another goal on the early pp's. Clearing the puck is still a major issue.

LOL... this ref is a pathetic clown. Took the goal away with that whistle. Looks like they forgot how to win on the road. Typical bs from this roster. Good at home but suck now on the road.

I wish Zuccarello would start getting it together.

Too many holes on this roster that need to be filled with guys who can play 60 minutes of hockey and not 30. Zucca is the guy you start thinking about moving while he still has some sort of value.

They need more size up front. And Holden needs to be out if Smith could ever wake up.

It's one loss in 7 games, the Hawks were definitely hungrier than the Rangers, 4 points behind the first place Debs. AV makes no sense by sitting Smith to play Kampfer and Holden unless they're looking to get them some trade exposure neither of these humps are better than Smith on their best day.

Smith was atrocious to start the season. I have no issue with him being benched for a while if it means he will be good the rest of the season. I also have no interest in paying McDonagh what he will get on his next contract. If he can bring back a top young, NHL ready defenseman prospect or forward, I would do that. Or something like, Jesse Puljujarvi, Gryba and the Oilers first and second round picks in the draft. I would then move Gryba at some point for picks.

I like McDonagh but IMO, he will not be a part of the Shesterkin era.
