Last few minutes they really started to play D, and closed it out.AI great game 18/12/4 he was 7-13 shooting that was great.Melo was 12-19 also great shooting. 27/5/2Nene 21/9 really helped we need him to keep playing like he has been lately. He also had 2 steals, and 1 block.JR's Smith 13 points, 5 boards, 4 assists, and 3 steals on 5-9 shooting was good. He was 3-6 from the out side.Kleiza was 6-10 shooting 2-4 from the out side. He put up 14 points. But good bounce back win again Lebron, and the Cavs.

Mike Brown(Cavaliers head coach) is the worst coach I ever seen in all my life. And LeBron thinks he is Kobe Bryant so he throws up bricks all night. He is damn near unstoppable when he goes to the hole. But na, he rather try to take the hard shots. All well, Denver man handled Cleveland Melo stood under the hoop just like he should have. We have no one that can stop down low, so it was an easy win for Denver...I hate Mike Brown sooooo much. :ranting:

But we should have won by way more. Until the last few min we were only winning by like 5 or so or changing leads we should deff play D all the time like the last few min then we could have blown them out like we should have with how good we were shooting.Ow well a win is a win.

Cleveland had shots to come back, but James would end up wasting time and then firing a 3 or a long jumper. Its not his game, and he needs to go to the hole. What a Sunday, I got to watch my 3 favorite players play. But sadly my favorite team couldn't get the job done.

Larry Hughes, LeBron James, Allen Iverson.Grew up watch Hughes from day one in Philly. So I loved Iverson too. Kinda like Child Hood Hero's. When others would be watching batman or whatever, I'd be trying to watch Hughes and A.I. :winkglasses:

As he is of a lot of fans. Iverson is an awesome player, I can't say enough about how tough he is and how great the guy is. I wanted him in Cleveland really, man, all three of my favorites? Na, couldn't be that lucky.. haha. I just wanna see Iverson win a ring, but from the looks of it Denver isn't doing much yet. Hopefully they pick it up in the playoffs. A.I needs a ring.

They be luck at going to the finals AI/Hughes/Lebron/Big Z.Dude you can't see anything yet it been a few games that all of the team was healthy they had a diff line up more then any other team except one in this league this season. I am not even counting Martins injury. And this season they might make 2nd round, but next season is when they will really take of I expect.

Why would LeBron leave the East? He is signed for I believe 4 years and I'm sure we will make it to the finals in one of those years. I love when people say we don't have enough to make it, but we do. As long as Hughes plays some normal ball and James does his thing this team is hard to beat. I just don't see it working out between the two of them. I hope it does because I want A.I to win a ring, but I just don't. :no1:

Explain Please!!!AI went from take like 24 shots a game to like 17 now in Denver he is shooting not enough I think he should be shooting more instead have Melo force some of the shots he does. AI has done everything can't say he don't play D he does that more then anyone in Denver actually he is really trying unlike some. And can't say he is taking to many shots, and not willing to give that up he has taking about 7 shots a game less as a Nugget then as a Sixers. If role players do there job they be fine cause there is no reason AI+Melo won't work all we need is for the role players to do there thing cause clearly if AI+Melo are working this well right now already with how little they played together they be more then good playing together. So why would AI+Melo not work they are working fine, and they just starting out getting to know how each other plays. Wait until next season best duo in years.

Misread you're post, my bad. People think the East is going to the Pistons or the Heat, hell even the Bulls they say have a shot. They leave Cleveland out for some odd reason and they don't understand we got as much chances as anyone else. The Pistons is the only team I wouldn't like to face because I know they are gonna be the toughest. The Heat of course are great and are second on my list for teams I don't wanna face. Either the Heat or the Pistons will fight the Cavs and I'm hoping for Miami. I'm just saying, Cleveland does indeed have a shot at the finals. On A.I and Carmelo. Why do you think it wouldn't work? Iverson is a scorer and so is Melo. Not that A.I wont pass because he has been. But Carmelo every time I see him play he doesn't even look A.I's way. I know he is the scorer and thats his team and Iverson knows that. But I know Iverson would like the ball more too. It could very well work, but it's gonna take more time and your saying that this team is already top in the league when their not even close yet. When K-mart comes back next season, they got a real shot at making some noise.

But your right anyone has a chance.Yeah, and those 2 scorers showed they can play with each other so again why can't they play together still did not answer my question? The games they did play together pretty much everyone one of them they combined for 50-60 points usually. AI like I said has shot less to proov it can work, and them 2 are working I actually think AI should shoot more, and have Melo give up a few extra shots instead. I agree that does not look like Melo looks AI way, but they coach should maybe bench him for a few games to get it thru Melo's head that he needs to follow AI, and not force it. I never said they are top league now. Dallas, Suns, and Spurs are better of course. And next year they should be better with Martin, but I actually think Nene has been doing great lately. So not sure how things will work next season. I say try a sign and trade for Billups. Or get someone like Pau, or JO.

Start of the season people said this teams had the finals rapped up because they got Ben Wallace. It didn't work out like that at all. They can work together and as I stated Carmelo would need to pass the ball much more. I don't know if Carmelo can be a passer. Not saying he has to be the one to be able to pass the rock, but come on. You got a guy named Allen Iverson on your team, why not pass more often? Melo hasn't done that, and that is a main reason why they haven't been able to click yet. Well no duh Dallas, Suns, and Spurs are all better. But they are not close to being top five in the league, I don't know were you can come up with something like that. Pistons are by far better then them, I would for sure take Cleveland over Denver. Yeah, they lost to them this season two times. But that happens to a lot of teams around the league. I don't even look at Denver being a team that can get to the finals until at least 2-3 years of being together. JMO

But I did think they be better then they have been.I agree Melo needs to pass more, but even now it's still working with them 2 even with Melo not paying attention to AI as much as he should maybe. And Melo actually pretty good at passing he needs to just do it more, and give the ball up to AI instead force some shots he does. I don't agree that they have not been able to click yet cause if you watch the games them to click. Just cause Melo sometimes forces shots when he can pass it back out to AI does not mean they have not clicked they deff have clicked man.Denver not close to top 5 in the leagues? LOL they deff are man. Cavs and Lakers are NO WAY better then Denver. And DET, Jazz, and Rockets are also not better then them. Cavs and Lakers are the 3rd level. You just talking like this from being a Cavs fan cause Cavs, and Lakers no were near Denver's level they are the 3rd level kinda team. 2-3 Years together? 1 year I might agree 2-3 years is a joke they are ready to win next year, and the following year not 2-3 years. Not saying this year, but next year, and the following year they are build to win the title not no 2-3 years. Here is how the teams are:This Years Contenders Level 1: Dallas, Suns, SpursThis Year Contenders Level 2: Rockets, Denver, Jazz3rd Level Teams Are: Miami when they are healthy with Shaq+Wade, and DET.Then 4th Level Teams Are: Cavs, and the LakersThe first level top 3 are clear. Rockets got Yao+T-Mac amazing D. Denver got AI+Melo 2 go to guys, and 2 bigs inside in Nene+Camby. When Nene is playing like he has been laltely that is just crazy no way you stop that big men inside with how fast he is and stop AI+Melo. Jazz they are just loaded with guys that can hurt you. Boozer, Deron, Okur, AK47, ect............Then you got Miami with how no one can guard Shaq when Wade is healthy they are hard to beat. DET of course you got Billups/Rip/Prince/Sheed that is hard, and Webber.Cavs only guy they can count on all the time in Lebron. If Hughes, and Big Z was more consistent they be better. Lakers all they really can count on is Kobe. Other guys are not consisitent. But I do think Bynum at some point will be like a Shaq people are deff underrating this guys A LOT.

Now I understand overrating something, or someone. Now what you're doing is overrating the Denver Nuggets. This team isn't no were near the top, how in the world are they? They fighting for the 7th and 8th seed, yet you keep saying this team is ahead of the rest. You also say Houston is great, well I agree when that team is at 100% not many can stop that duo. But they can never stay at 100%, that has been Houston's story every since that duo was put together. The Jazz? Amazing start to the season, Loozer is starting to stay at 100% or close to it enough for them to be a good team. I wouldn't worry about them when it comes to WCF at all though. Now on to Denver, you overrating them man. I understand what Iverson can do, I understand what Carmelo can do but IMO they are still not up to top in the league. They need more time to work together then just 1 month. Allen Iverson is so used to being the man and having the rock in his hands almost all the time. I doubt Carmelo will start to pass it more, but as long as he keeps throwing up bad shots and as long as he keeps on trying to do it alone, that duo wont work. I want it to for A.I though, I want to see the guy win a ring. But I just doubt Carmelo learns to share the rock.

Sure they can all beat each other, but no one else is clearly better then Denver like you can clearly say for Dallas, Suns, and Spurs. They not fighting for 8th more like 6th-7th and small chance at even 5th like 7 game diff but that have to be huge fall by Rockets to get a 5th 6th still possible though. Again I never said they are top read clearly Dallas, Suns, Spurs are better, but no one else is clearly better. I know they need more time that is why next year they only be up there with the likes of Dallas, Suns, and Spurs and not this year. The duo though has worked even with Melo throwing up some bad shots so again your wrong cause the already have worked. And AI made the change already so stop saying it take time for AI to change from being able to take every shot in Philly he made that change since he came there clearly not shooting enough he should be shooting more actually. Melo will change at some point, but they working even with Melo taking some bad shots. And Melo is shooting a good % so I guess he is not taking as many bad shots as it looks. If Karl ran some plays it be fine he just let's them go though so Melo is young and is harder for him to make the change and remember he is not out there him self anymore. If Karl ran plays though clearly Melo would pass like the play is made.

I don't understand how you can just say Denver is better then Detroit. Honestly, come on. Do you know Detroit? They are easily top 5 in the NBA, I don't know how anyone could leave them out of top in the league. Again, you say this team is top in the league today when they only got the 7th seed in the playoffs. I'm talking about TODAY to, not next season. Sorry bro, Denver isn't even to 10 in my book. A.I has made a change, one that means he has to pass it a lot more and take less shots. Of course he said he is fine with it, and I think he is but don't you think the guy would like to take more shots then he is already? I just think after his whole career of being the No.1 guy, he would still want to at least get more touches then he is right now. You say Carmelo will change and he will learn, but how do you know for sure?

Did I not see DET lose to all most lose to the sucky Sixers? Hmm don't remember.I never said top Dallas, Suns, Spurs are top stop saying like I am saying that Denver is top better then them never said Denver is top. I said they are better then DET yes. And I know your talking today that is why I said Dallas, Suns, and Spurs are better. And sure AI might wanna take more shots, but he wants to win more he showed it I still don't see how people can say they won't get along AI has done everything for them to win now role guys gotta do there role, and Melo needs to pass a little more. But again he is not forcing to many shots cause his shooting % has been good. Karl can make sure Melo passes more by running plays actually, and not letting them just go up and down shooting none stop go inside to Nene more he can be like a mini Shaq he is big and fast it take a lot out of other teams to keep him slowed down this will give more open shots to AI/Melo. And I think he will change and learn yes. But what can help move it along is the coach running plays if he did that Melo be forced to pass it more. So it is also up to the coach to run some plays not just have them run up and down jacking shots. And even if Melo was to force some extra shots then he should he and AI are playing very good right now anyway even with him forcing a few extra shots then he should. And you don't see AI saying anything he just wants to win. I say have Karl run plays actually not just have them jack up shots then Melo will be forced to pass. The coach can help him to change it around faster, but no he wants to just have them jack up shots. They can go inside to Nene more, and then he is big and fast so with the D that will be needed on him can get AI/Melo open for a few extra shots. That would take pressure of them, and give them a threat inside. Get Nene more into the game, and run some plays for god sake. But my point is even with Melo taking some shots he should pass up through it back to AI they still playing very good together. So you can't say they are not working cause AI/Melo duo IS WORKING.Melo needs to keep getting better on D. Have coach run some plays not just jack shots up. Have Camby step out guard his men for god sakes. And get Blake out of the starting line up for the love of god. He is to small being out there with AI at the same time. Start JR with AI instead of Blake. JR is active atleast and taller even though he might not be a good D guy he trys. And he can really get a lot of steals. And since he is taller teams won't have as much advantage as if Blake was out there with AI.

They may not be No.1 but they are top five hands down. Denver isn't better then the Pistons, you kinda need to get that threw your head man, seriously.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Serge @ Mar 27 2007, 05:31 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I said they are better then DET yes. Carmelo just needs to be unselfish in order for that duo to work. You can say they are, but their record with them together Obviously shows it's not. Carmelo is a kinda player that can and wants to always have the ball in his hands, because he believes he can make it happen. And that is their young guy they are trying to raise and trying to put great players around him. Believe me, it doesn't get any better then Allen Iverson. The fact is whatever the problem is it needs to be fixed, so far that duo has not worked. How in the world can you say that? Honestly, it hasn't done jack sh*t yet and you're putting Denver ahead of the Pistons who are way better then Denver. I just can't get over that right there.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Serge @ Mar 27 2007, 05:31 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>But my point is even with Melo taking some shots he should pass up through it back to AI they still playing very good together. And your handing them a title of being ahead of one of the best in the Pistons? Ha, come on man get real here. I love saying Hughes and James are unstoppable, but are they? Hell no. Just like you're trying to say Carmelo and Iverson are the great duo that makes this team top in the league. And when I say top, I mean like top five bro.
