For those who don't like the team....find comfort in that we'll probably be actively shopping for help leading up to the deadline...problem is, our role players aren't really building value early this season....good news....other top teams are having a similar problem

We need a upgrade at SF spot. If we can make, I think we can compete At least for the 4/5/6 seed

BTW we have already won 8 games this season. Even if we struggle for the remainder of season and shut down our best players after 55-60 games, which is the only way we can 'tank' this season, we will still win at least 30-35 games which will maybe be good for no. 10 pick and 5% or so shot at top 3.

The way to get into the draft top positions is to trade CJ, that is our only option. The only team that might deal with us there are IMO Sixers if they end up with no. 6 from Lakers somehow, they would rather take CJ than another young piece (he would fit them like a glove now). The rest of top 5 will likely be some of Cavs, Hawks, Mavericks, Kings, Suns and Bulls and all of them will prefer to keep the pick and get a young player in.

I would love any of Bagley, Bamba or Ayton. They could all be new Embiid and new Embiid would absolutely change this team.

I would also take a shot at Bridges, Knox or the Brown boy. Some of them could be gettable with our pick (which I assume will be anywhere between 10 and 20).

Trade a known quantity for a draft pick. Sure that sounds good.

Not just a draft pick, would probably take something more but this is essentially what Bulls did with Butler and Kings did with Cousins, arguably also what Cavs did with Kyrie considering IT has not been ready to play at all. All three deals largely based around draft pick.

You do realize both the King and Bulls suck this year right?
