Who would you pick if you were starting a team? Very similar players. Both around same age, both can drive in, shoot the three, shoot midrange, and.. flop.I'm going with Manu with this one. I love Rip and all, but I start to cry whenever he is running a fast break. It either ends with A. A missed layupB. A bad passC. Loses the ballD. Tries the draw the foul instead of making the shot, and fails miserably.E. A combination of the above.I also feel Rip can't get it done in the clutch as proven by most games this year. He never actually takes a shot, but instead flops around like a duck and doesn't get a call. Or he just misses free throws like the last two games. I also feel Rip needs a good point guard for him to be effective. Rip can't really create his own shot. Manu can be effective with the ball in his hands or without. He is a better finisher and is more clutch.

Goin' with Ginobili here. I feel that he is a better playmaker as mentioned above, and I'd say is the better defender and scorer.

Yeah I'm also going with Ginobili. Ginobili is just more effective all around.

Manu is more well-tuned as an all-around play than Rip is. They're both kinda similar but Rip can't really crate shots for himself. Im goin with Manu.

I'm going to have to choose Rip Hamilton. Manu is a good player and all but still Rip does a lot for his team. manu flops at times and it gets really annoying but thats not why I choose Rip. It was a really close race between those two but Rip moves without the ball very good. Manu can make it when he gets the open jay. Rip creates his own shots by moving without the ball so very good.

Gimme Manu. He is better at creating shots for himself, they are equal rebounders, Manu is a better passer, both are good defenders, but I think Manu is more crafty on the defensive end to get steals, take charges, exc....Rip is better at moving without the ball, going off screens, and his mid range is a little better. Besides that, he doesn't have much on Manu.

Ginobili. He has a consistent 3 point shot, much better at attacking the rim, and a better defender. The only thing I can say Rip has on Manu is a mid range jumper.
