I know it's early, but it's looking like we royally fucked up this draft.

We had three first round picks and could have ended up with a combination of:
    Monk/Mitchell + Kuzma/Bell
    OR
    OG + Kuzma + Bell

Again, I realize it's beyond early but how much better would we feel about the future of this franchise had we landed these players? Really, outside of Kuzma, a lot of posters here were clamoring for Monk or Mitchell if we traded up, Bell as a late first or potential trade in the 2nd and OG with our mid-first.

At the very least, we could have still had Collins, Swanigan, and traded future 2nds for Bell and I'd be stoked, because I think Bell as future DPOY potential.

I'm not saying Zach or Biggie are busts. All I'm saying is other prospects in our draft range are already showing much more production so far and have approximately the same amount of potential remaining.

No out wasn't. I met him on the middle and offered a different wager and he wouldn't meet me in the middle because he's not confident in his own opinions.

Yeah, it's almost impossible to get the perfect draft, hindsight will always be 20/20. I'll never sit here and say "We could've had this guy or that guy". Also because certain players may turn out better in certain places/situations, so it's subjective.

Personally, I'll only be upset over passing on Monk and Bell, because those two guys I was pushing for hard weeks before the draft. To me, Mitchell and Kuzma are hindsight guys ... but I don't get paid to select the perfect draft ... Neil Olshey and Co. do.

I like Caleb but I was totally on the Bell bandwagon for that pick.

His defensive awareness is off the charts. A hip issue (red flagged?) is the only reason why he dropped.

Bell would have been sweet!! Collins will be the guy in a year or two that explodes on both sides of the court. Caleb looks like he plays to small for his position. Time will tell.

Philly scores 130 without Simmons. I would trade his ass....to us.

OKC gets their asses kicked...by Dallas. I still think they turn it around, but wow....they continue to struggle.

I don’t think they turn it around. Team looked great on paper, I just don’t see it

Man I hope you are right. It would make me feel better about not getting George.

We (and most teams) have hit the 20 game mark that people said is a good measuring stick. So, questions, comments, concerns?

Way way too early the playoffs would be interesting if they started now. 4 v 5, us vs Minnesota with a potential Rockets 2nd round match up. Like I said, too early but fun to think about. Beats the hell out of getting our ass kicked by the Warriors.

Bucks at 500 and OKC under 500 is a surprise to me.
On the flip side Indiana over 500 is also a surprise.

Gets their asses kicked by one of the worst team's in the league after kicking the best team of the league's asses. Makes ALL the sense in the world.

Will they figure it out in time to pull off a top 4 seed in the West though?
Personally I don't see them being able to pull that off.

I think PG would of fit perfect with this team though. I just think the combo of that three in okc aren’t that great together and this might be a strong opinion but Westbrook pads his stats to triple doubles. Yes he’s really good but wasn’t my mvp pick last season

Boston is in a position I didn’t think they would be at after losing Hayward and losing the first two games of the season. They look great and could take the east. Only teams in the West that look good are gsw and Houston and even then, they lose some weird games. I feel like everybody else is kinda on the same level right now, it’s real weird

I hate saying this, but Harden should have been mvp last season.
