As somebody who isn't a Stotts fan, I say no to Option 2. We need an improvement. Ime Udoka, maybe. Fizdale? No thanks.

He's extremely skilled and smart, and doesn't rely on athleticism.

Wow, that is surprising! They don't even have Conley right now.

I've been wondering what the Cavs plan is with the Brooklyn pick. Trade it or draft your next face?

Terry Stotts is not going anywhere as long as Dame is the face of the franchise
fuck that, players should do their job and their job only

Eh. I'm okay with head coaches cozying up with their stars. They are just being smart. What I hate is when fans refuse to hold coaches accountable because of a perceived lack of talent. As a Jets fan, that describes the last decade pretty well, at least under Todd Bowles and Sexy Rexy.

It might not be top 5... So they could be looking at non-franchise players. Therefore, I'd try to trade it. If Gasol becomes available he's exactly who they need. J.R. Smith, Iman Shumpert, the BKN pick and a future CLE pick for Gasol and Evans would be ideal.

    Thomas / Rose?
    Evans / Wade
    Lebron / Crowder
    Love / Frye
    Gasol / Thompson

I dont agree, coach is the boss, you need to listen to your boss!

players should listen to coaches, when coach says something, you do it, whether you like it or not, he does his job, you do your job, its simple as that... theres the reason why coaches exist

There’s also a reason why the best coaches have open lines of communication, because at the end of the day it’s the players that have to get the job done.

That only works if coaches always know best. A good coach understands that sometimes the athlete knows better. Not often, but often enough that you're talking out of your ass when you make absolute statements like that.
