Other choices. Yes and Trump beat them all. Hillary wasn't the other choice. 19 or 20 other came in less than 1st.
I think I probably knew that rich guy was his dad. Strange reference otherwise. There weren't other choices that could win at the time.
I wasn't and am not ever voting for the lesser of 2 evils. The Democrats have to earn my vote. I voted for a woman who wasn't Hillary.
Nope intended to add it because you said you were sure Nate has said some incorrect stuff too, so I included that. Okay so why would he bring his son to socialize with Whitey then? GTF out.. your posts are as ignorant as they come....
Some random webpage. I think it does apply and it does make sense. What's the point of talking about racism in the first place? Why is racism bad? Is racism bad mainly because it has a negative effect on the racist himself (maybe he won't get through the pearly gates?) or is racism bad because it has an effect on people other than the racist? Right, I was addressing that. Your position seems to be that whether the comment was racist depends on what's in his heart/mind at the time. I'm suggesting that it's the result, not the intent, that actually matters. Is the important thing about racism what the racist thinks? Or the effects of what the racist person says or does? If I drive over a bunch of people on the sidewalk, are they more dead if I did it out of anger (I am a pedestrianist) or if I did it because I'm blind as a bat (I am pedestrian insensitive)? I suppose. Why do you think that's an important distinction to make, though? If I think totally racist thoughts all the time but never speak or act upon them, am I a bigger problem than a person who says and does racist shit all the time but only by accident? It seems like the only reason to draw a distinction between racism and racial insensitivity is to provide an excuse for the racist behavior. barfo
The reason to draw lines is because I'll say something to my Columbian buddy that I probably shouldn't say to someone I don't know in anger. He's under 5 feet tall and he gets "boss, da plane, da plane" jokes.
Well, of course there should be lines. But the lines shouldn't be based on something completely unknowable/unprovable. If 'I didn't mean it that way' is a valid excuse, then every racist statement or action is excusable. barfo
Man, if I've given the impression that I'm a "frequent Trump supporter", I wholeheartedly apologize. Don't mistake not saying anything publicly denigrating about my C-in-C for support. But thanks for not thinking I'm a racist.
Agreed, everybody should be given the benefit of the doubt at first. Sadly, this is far from the first, nor was it the last. barfo
My apologies, I was looking for a clear cut example of a supporter whom I fully believed to not be racist. I’m sure there are others. No offense intended if any was taken.
Those videos he's been posting lately have been really telling. like, that migrant Muslim beating up a Dutch crippled kid. Boy, I'm so glad our president is forwarding those racist conspiracy tweets.
I’m saying you ARE racist!!! Kidding of course, I’m saying I did not mean to put you in the ‘trump supporter’ category if you don’t believe you fit that bill
I gather you are saying Trump supporters are racist. Well I support Trump, without remorse. Dviss calls me racist too many times to count. So what is your point? Or do you guys just like to air your opinions? You haven't made a logical connection and dviss can't even define racist, so come with your point.
My point is that being a trump supporter does Not make one racist, although my belief is that there is a significantly greater chance. My other assertion is that posting here doesn’t necessitate sparkling character.
