Lying to the FBI is a crime. Flynn did it, as we have known for almost a year. Ordering a future National Security Advisor to establish communications with another country is not only obviously legal, it is absolutely necessary. So the fact that KT McFarland supposedly ordered Flynn (who is now an admitted liar under oath and desperately willing to repeat any lie Mueller orders him to in order to protect his son from prosecution) to contact them merely indicates a basic function of a highly effective transition team. Ironically, CNN's go-to guy when they need a former Intelligence Head for Fake News is widely-acknowledged to have committed perjury under oath to Congress and eventually admitted under oath to have illegally spied on Real Americans under direct (illegal) orders from Obama. Still waiting for his indictment and prosecution.
It is likely Mueller and Comey will eventually be indicted by the DOJ for a long list of subversive crimes, mostly connected to covering up the Uranium One Pay-For-Play Deal, but also including the Clinton-Lynch tarmac meeting which resulted in the immediate scuttling of the Podesta and Clinton email investigation and prosecution of Hillary Clinton for a laundry list of crimes.

Okay, I read about K.T. McFarland. I remember her odd 2006 Senate campaign incidents. She doesn't have the same last name as Bud McFarlane, Reagan's National Security Advisor. I may get more into this and I may not.
