...though I still have my small personal stash of traditional hemp, I was recently introduced to the oil...it's used with one of those electronic "vape" things...no smell, hardly any smoke, but a great buzz...the cartridges I buy from "a friend" for about $50 (lasts a very long time)....keep it by my night stand. If I happen to wake up in the middle of the night I grab it, push the ignitor button, hit it for about 3-4 seconds, at it's "off to never neverland". (Enter Sandman) ...and oh, I was a big Lowell George/Little Feat fan...that's where I first became a Nicolette Larson fan.
@KingSpeed, you just need to go to the dispensary and tell the bud tender exactly what kind of a buzz you’re looking for. Be honest and tell them it’s your first “real” time. Any reputable budtender worth his/her salt will fix you right up......
I can attest to this. I use mainly indicas (though I much prefer hybrids) but like indicas because of my anxiety.. however, the next day i will be tired as all hell, so if I can help it, I try to line it up with my days off so I don't have any pressure.
@KingSpeed This is super important. I went to my first one and they were AWESOME. And again, if they are of any help, they will not rush you. Heck, when I said "'I'm looking for such and such for this and this" they kept telling me about things... I even chose one and they were like "No, let me tell you more about others." Not to sell me any more, but just because they really want to help get you the absolute right one.

From what I gather, both "sides" are full of shit when it comes to pot and cancer claims. Yes, in a laboratory setting we can demonstrate certain cancer causing products in petrie dishes from pot. We can also see similar results from mustard, doritos and thousands of other things we partake in daily. But in statistical breakdowns of society we don't see an increase in cancer in pot smokers. Conversely, in a lab setting we can demonstrate that Pot has properties that are cancer and tumor retardants however so are thousands of other things we eat and use daily. In statistical breakdowns of the populous we also don't see a reduction in cancer frequency or severity in pot users.

Marijuana makes time seem longer....when you're old as dirt..this is an asset...it also sort of amplifies who you are so if you are lazy sober....you're going to be useless stoned...and the trick most ignore....have a couple of puffs and do something besides having more puffs....less is more
