Another good example of softness producing piss poor results.

No executive privelege for the incoming team! That is obsurd! But it is not the point.
The GSA guy responsible for turning over emails of the transition team should be fired!

Anyone in the executive branch that deals with Mueller's gang should be fired when they do not
    check with Trump's attorneys first.

If Mueller is allowed to go fishing forever without constraint, then he and his net casters should be required to explain every cast to the public, and a judge when appropriate.

Where are we? Seven, eight months now and they are reading transition team emails??? This is investigating Russian collusion that supposedly occurred way before the election?

WTF! This is sedition way out of control. No way for the Country to benefit from allowing this degeneration to continue.

    Well, it's called the law.

    - The travel ban was Trump's idea and it's unconstitutional on it's face.
    - Sessions would have been disbarred, literally, had he not recused himself.
    - The Justice Dept has no oversight over the FBI.
    - The special counsel was because Trump attempted to obstruct justice by firing Comey.

No one is "failing" him; this is how separation of powers is supposed to work, despite what Fox News says.

I believe he is supporting his country against a traitor.

Benedict Arnold (1741-1801) was an early American hero of the Revolutionary War (1775-83) who later became one of the most infamous traitors in U.S. history after he switched sides and fought for the British. ... His name has since become synonymous with the word “traitor.”

So you're saying he is Bill Clinton?

    Or he's Hillary Clinton?

    Or he's Barack Obama?

    1. Supreme Court recently lifted the ban.
    2. Ridiculous
    3. Patently false.
    4. Rachel Maddow is your sole source of "news", right? :dunno:

It has always been a felony to provide false information on a Federal Form.

You maybe have a case with Bill. Women have never been drafted, and there was not a draft when Obama was of that age. But then you knew that already - couldn't you find a way to work pizzagate in somehow? You are slipping.

    >>> Separation of powers does not exist in the executive branch. It does between the branches, like Executive, Congress, and the Judicial.

The incoming president is not the executive.

    Based on what?

So, Trump's attorneys should run the government and the justice system? You may want to consult that constitution you claim to be fond of.

So far, they have. And it hasn't been forever, it's been about 8 months. Which is very short for these sort of things.

If Trump shot a random tourist on 5th Avenue, you would say it's his absolute right to do so, wouldn't you?

All three purposely ducked serving in the military.

Bill Clinton used college deferrals to do it.

Trump is pretending to be a hawk and those three were not...stick to the subject or start a thread on Dems who avoided military service....then didn't escalate nuclear tensions when elected

Draft has nothing to do with it.

Our military is always in need of good, courageous men and women to defend our country, and once the draft was eliminated even more so.

    What stopped them from volunteering?

Were they not good enough, or not courageous enough? :dunno:

All three of them were war hawks once they held office and sent thousands of Americans to their death in wars.
