I have an emergency fund, I can survive off of it for 6 months without work.(eating steak, salmon, whatever I want) I make far less than 8k a month, I'm still in my 20's and I manage money better than you. I had this long essay pretty much wrote out, but all writing it did is make me annoyed. If someone makes 8k a month and doesn't plan for the 'what if'. Yeah. I was told to turn in a statement for why i disobeyed orders and i turned in a 2 page report of multiple accounts of sergeants preforming bull fuckery and it was handed back to me and i was told to change it, and it was insinuated if i didnt i'd be shit canned. Relunctantly i changed it, and was shit canned a month later for painting the target on my back.

I met with a group of retired people in Anaheim last week. These are people that lost their health insurance just like my wife and I did due to the Obama Care laws. The purpose was to explore possibilities of some sort of redress of this issue, but it looks like we are the permanent casualties of Obama's grand plan. No way to undue the harm done. We do not know exactly how many people were harmed, but it is in the millions. No joy for these folks, I can attest to that, for sure
