Re: Tarence Kinsey ON FIRE!!!!!! Most of you dont know who he is, so heres a quick sum up of what his game is: hes a solid shooter, extremely skinny for size, listed at 6'6, but appears to be more like 6'4. Hes athletic, but not what you call a highflyer, best part of his game is his lockdown defense.-In 3 of the last 4 game, hes scored 20+points-played excellence defense on Kobe Bryant-Has been scoring like a scorer, not a garbage player-as tonight, hes been hitting some big shots for Memphis(he lead us to our first ever win streak this season with the win tonight in Portland)-had a incredible reverse dunk from a alley-hoop sent from Junior HarringtonSpeaking of Junior Harrington, hes really saved us lately. With all our PGs out lately(Stoudamire, Mike Miller, Kyle Lowry, Chucky Atkins), hes been playing some hefty minutes while still playing very good and getting players open. He played all 48 minutes against the Lakers game before last.Memphis might have one of the worst records in the NBA, but IMO, we have the best rookie class than any other team in the league:-Rudy Gay-Alexander Johnson-Kyle Lowry-Tarence Kinsey(free agent pickup)Ironicly, the last roster spot (in offseason), came down to Junior Harrington and Tarence Kinsey. Kinsey ended up getting it, but with Eddie Jones being waived, we called Junior Harrington to come and join us. Two good pickups for Memphis, and I think Tarence is going to be a very solid player in the NBA. Im very excited about our young players.
